I thought Italy having the best anthem with France coming in second had been established long ago on this forum

So if Iran get through we’re definitely dropping a nuke right?

World Cup is better by a fair distance for me. The Waffa is nice though

Jenas must have the same agent as Choupo-moting and Braitwaite

The best looking trophy of any sport imo.

i’d be cool with that.

If England don’t win it would be nice to see a non European team win this time preferably an African team.

Big clubs are just constantly getting their way

Decent interview with Tomori here. Always good to see English players not just doing well abroad, but actually also taking the opportunity to integrate.

Anyway came across this video I. The comments of a tweet. enjoy

Do we take it all that seriously? From what I hear other countries seem to take it more serious. For example in Spain and Italy they go way in depth on tactics, and are all the better for it. It’s probably In part why we have been left behind on certain aspects of the game.

We’ve been linked with him for a long time.

I’d say he should lay off the weed but actually I like those teeets and would like to see more philosophical musings from Rob Earnshaw.

You think you couldn’t love Hatem anymore, then he proves you wrong

personally thought he was class at Juve. Pirlo, Vidal and Pogba was a dream midfield. He hasn’t really put it together all in one go at Manchester United. Certainly not on a regular basis, but I think the hype comes from the fact that he has literally every attribute. He can dribble, pass(both in terms of vision and execution), shoot from range or simple tap in. He’s tall, strong, quick, agile has good stamina. andbyet rarely puts all this together on a consistent basis for Manchester United.

Mentioned this a little while ago but I watched England v Scotland 1971 in YouTube. Players who didn’t even have the ball were being kicked knee height, 5 yards infront of the referee, and the ref was like “meh”. Goalkeepers once catching the ball from a corner or cross would have to hold their ground otherwise strikers would literally try and push them behind the line.

he was top class against Leeds. Criricism is fair enough. I think he has weaknesss most notably his stamina and ability to stay fit. Sometimes his decision making isn’t perfect but nowhere as bad as people make out. People shouldn’t forget what he has done though. He’s basically kept us in the league for two seasons.
