Make a stand for what?
-
I agree with you, a real manager (unlike Brucie) wouldnt let his players put that kind of performance. But still I understand why the players (in absence of a real manager) thought that they can get away with that kind of performance.
-
Still save in my opinion. There's no way Fulham and West Brom could win all their remaining games. Not gonna happen statistically. So NUFC practically save. So it's understandable the player played that way against Arsenal...

People don't want to respect the wishes of the creator of the thread, they just want to shit on people who have different opinion than them.
-
I think NUFC are pretty safe, but there is still possibility that NUFC we'll go down. A very tiny possibility, but still a real possibility.

Is this still going on?

The letter that wasn't a publicity stunt, but they felt the need to publicly announce they sent it? Well yes - you don't engage a leading football law barrister to make legal arguments on your behalf in favour of something - and then when he tells you that releasing copies of letters would undermine his correspondence and their impact rendering the exercise pointless- just ignore him and release it all for a few likes on Twitter. Maybe not but do you agree it's done more damage than good to NUST No. The world doesn't revolve around the angry people on Twitter. This!

This. If you understand how the geopolitical situation in ME, then you know it's almost impossible that Saudi just let Qatar win because they tired of waiting.

99/2000 says otherwise. 2013 too

Another PES goal...
-
So easy, like playing PES in PS4... that jesus goal
-
Anything less than 5 - 0, I will take that as a success
-
So who you think will score own-goal for City? Fernadez or Schar?

Why do you not go and support another club then, as the only thing I have seen you contribute on within the footballing part of the forum is the takeover and your anti-thoughts on it. Do you have to support the takeover to support the club now? That seems to be the consensus on here anyway. You don't have to. But if you feel that strong toward Saudi owned Newcastle, then the only logical thing for you if the takeover is approved is to stop supporting Newcastle.

This is it for me, no doubting the outcome (State ordered hit which wasn’t as clean as they’d hoped) but what led to this situation will never be made clear. Khashoggi certainly wasn’t a just a civilian, he had far too many dealings with the royal family and terrorist organisations to be whiter than white. As for her, no idea. She comes across fake and paid for by Qatar and she makes it easy for people to target her as such with interviews like this where she seems to know and care nothing about him, but fully versed in why the takeover shouldn’t happen. What makes me think is if SA needed him on Saudi soil/embassy then how do they make him. What would make him go there? Not many options, apart from the one he went for. Was that planned? Make him quickly fall in love. Wouldn’t be that much of a surprise twist in all this. But that said if she was involved I’m sure it would have been leaked to discredit her, I also think if there was the slightest evidence pointing to this, even though she didn’t, they have leaked that also. So all that leads me back to she’s just unfortunately met someone with a dodgy past which caught up with him and now she, just like NUFC is caught up in this political storm and her crusade for justice for him has turned in to something else driven by Qatar. No way all this is off her own back. Could she be upset that her boyfriend was murdered in a gruesome fashion, and then cut up in pieces? Not it has to be Qatar, no doubt about it. She is nothing but a pawn. Bonkers.

And admitting defeat to their regional rival? No way... In my opinion the only possible outcome of this takeover saga is NUFC owned by the Saudi. When? Now that's a different question. It may be took ages and through refusal and lawsuit, but at the end they will owned NUFC.

As usual Saint-Maximin is superb, and Gayle's finishing is great. Sean looks very comfortable as attacking central midfielder. Ben Taleb andShelvey too having a great game. We could add more goals in second half if we can keep up this performance.
-
Yes we are. No, we aren't. Mathematically we are not safe yet.
-
Only 0 -2, that's a success in my book. Much better performance in second half. Unfortunate for Gayle to miss that. Well time to look forward, we're not safe yet in the league.
