Nope, he was still yelling at Hall when he was running back into position after being told to give it to Elanga
-
It worked once, now it's all we do... like lightning might strike twice. fucks sake.
-
We need a win here... a draw doesn't help our season. We absolutely need to go balls-to-the-wall... time for Wissa & Woltemade up front TOGETHER Eddie !!
-
Have been thinking the exact same thing for the past couple weeks.
-
When have you seen Howe make significant tactical changes in response to "plan A" not working?
-
Bring on the famous triple-substitution.
-
Thiaw is legitimately making us play with 10 men.
-
The whole team looks so lost out there. Like even THEY have no idea what "gameplan A" is today. No idea how we've managed an equalizer there... we look totally incapable of maintaining any kind of possession or building attacking passages of play. We're a horrible watch this season and I don't understand how we've come to this point.
-
Thiaw has looked atrocious all game. WTF
-
Raphinha ain't half bad either.
-
Botman should have come on for him during the multiple subs... as the game wears on, we need a little more pace at the back.
-
Being played out of position to start the season has really messed up his instincts

I'm stunned at how tone-deaf some of our players are coming across on this topic... Never would have expected BDB to air this kind of viewpoint. Fair play if you were mates and see the business side of things through a different lense than the fans do, but Isak absolutely fucked you, jeopardised team success (and thus potential future pay days), belittled the club and shat on its fans. That should be acknowledged by someone who supposedly represents Geordie pride.

Goalscoring midfielder from Serie A.
-
Rumour has it that we couldn't get one of our attacking targets over the line in time, so EH wanted to keep.
-
But it's different isn't it? I don't know about you, but my colleagues and I don't get paid millions by our employer. We're not cheered on by thousands of people eagerly watching as we type away on our keyboards. We don't have people wearing our names on their shirts. We don't have a whole city hoping and praying for our success.... If a colleague was given a chance at my company and put in a position to succeed despite not having a brilliant CV... then sabotaged something we were working on together and intentionally screwed over myself and other colleagues on the way out, I certainly wouldn't be writing "great person and teammate" on their farewell card. Everyone has a choice when they leave a job... you can do it with grace, or you can burn your bridges. Isak did the latter and even if his pals may 'get it', it doesn't condone his behaviour.
-
Gordon's tweet doesn't bother me in principle, but I'm dumbfounded as to how he can call Isak a "great person and teammate" ?!?! This is a guy that was sabotaging all his "brothers" efforts by 'quiet quitting' after the Carabao Cup win, blew up our transfer window strategy, fucked the start of our season (and potentially the next one, if another CL spot comes down to 3-4 points)... all of which has made life very difficult for the apparent friends he's left behind. Not to mention the fact he has shown zero genuine appreciation to the club (who took an expensive gamble on him), its coaching staff (who helped improve him to reach this level of play) or the fans who sang his name for three years. Yeah, clearly a great person and teammate !!

No... Players need to realise that fans love the club more than almost anything, and not publicly post a "congratulations & best wishes" to someone who so egregiously shat on it. I personally don't care about the tweets, but I can understand the perspective of those that do. Yes, it's just a job to most players, but it's a job they're well paid for only because of fans who pour so much of their hard-earned into the clubs they support. Players should have more awareness of that and privately wish a fond farewell to rat mates they've supposedly "growed" relationships with.

Last minute raid to capture Frattesi, Lopez and Scalvini. Business done for the season and another CL place on the cards.
-
We really do still need a goal contributing midfielder in my opinion. I don't see Woltemade banging in loads of goals in his first season and Wissa has only proven he can do it for a season & a half... We continue to lack creativity and goal scoring options from midfield... Frattesi would be perfect.
-
Scores heaps of goals in the Prem and has TWO years left on hos contract (if Brentford want)
-
Christ man... I'm stealing that line.
-
The guy will do anything for a pound. We should be biting the bullet and getting him to shill for us too. If you can't beat 'em....
-
I'd rather it be on par with RB Leipzig though to be fair... They're ridiculously good at finding (and polishing) gems.

This is what shits me about (No) Hope... He revels in the club's misfortune and pushes the drama. Other 'big' clubs work their tier-1s in a mutually convenient way... Give them the odd exclusive and they, in turn, push the positive angles for us when needed. He could do a lot of good for our cause, but instead continues to dwell in negativity and stir shit up that exacerbates unhappy supporter sentiment
