So, the letter from the PL to the NCSL mentioned in this article from The Mag, is that not confirmation enough that a legal battle is now ongoing between the club and the PL in regards to the takeover? Without question one of the weirdest posts I've read on here and a massive privacy concern tbh. Fishing for anyone's details through dodgy underhand tactics is unacceptable, and asking the forum admins to compare it to validate an identity is even worse. Just to be clear, if anyone else thinks this kind of thing is okay, it isn't. That sort of tomfoolery is likely to put people off the forum, great way to kill a forum.

So, I can't be arsed to read back through the usual pages of 'he said, they said' assumption bollocks, why is it people are now adamant again about the takeover being off? I'm amazed people are still knee jerking to everything on a day to day basis tbh, I stopped that weeks ago in favour of taking a step back until something solid happened.

The problem is very much that we stick to extremes of an argument, there's no grey area, it's all very black and white... see what I did there?
