  1. BeoutQ has been closed down, last August, what more can they do? Allow Qatar to prosecute the individuals concerned? That's basically what the entire WTO thing is about, Saudi Arabia's refusal to allow this to happen. If the individuals are Saudi I can't imagine they would get a fair trial in Qatar, considering the open hostility between the two nations. They would have to be prosecuted by a neutral, within a neutral country.
  2. So were Bein the only bidders the last time around for the tv rights? If not, why would it matter what they choose to do next time round? Up to them if they bid on it or not. Moreover, what was the criteria for picking them if there was more than them bidding last time?
  3. I'm enjoying the stream of the court proceedings while eating my lunch, I didn't realise these could be watched by the public online
  4. Howling soon as I realised Coventry were one of the teams "handed" promotion Chimp mitts will be happy
  5. If the solicitors involved are anything like the ones used when buying houses they'll be dragging things out to justify their extortionate fees, I've seen it happen. I still think it's the FA that's holding things up, either choosing the right moment for it to be less grief to them or waiting on someone to provide them with a solid reason to reject it.
  6. Has someone thrown their toys out of the pram?
  7. ... would it not just be that the club is prepping their staff following confirmation that matches are to be played as part of project restart from June 1st? Or am I getting whooshed here?
  8. Looks like there's a few journos rehashing some older stories on Rafa being the favourite over Poch in the last couple of days, I guess it's THAT quiet with the takeover. Rafa would still be my first choice, by the time this takeover gets done he might even be out of contract with his current team!!!
  9. What's reasonable in one person's eyes may not be reasonable in another's. I guess the key is, which reason gets the most backing, so essentially becomes a popularity race. I'm sure Adolf Hitler thought gassing the jews was reasonable to him, thankfully the rest of the world wasn't of the same opinion.
  10. What the f*** is going on Definitely not complicated this, like. Basically he is saying (worked for the WTO for a number of years if you look at his bio) either the Saudis or Quatar can appeal the findings of the report; and as such the report would not be sanctioned until that appeal had been concluded. Which would take months if not years. So basically, the WTO are a bag of wank who are about as useful as tits on a bull?
  11. Can someone tell me again why this piracy thing is a problem, it's old news isn't it? It's not been on air since last autumn, or am I missing something?
  12. F*ck sake, this cycle's getting tedious. It's at the stage now for me where it just feels like the FA are stalling until someone gives them a decent enough reason to reject the takeover. How's it gone from being unofficially approved last week to this sh*t yet again?!
  13. To be fair, a spurs mate of mine did tell me that Poch got very involved with the fans and community there, he's that sort of manager. Perhaps he's just a younger Rafa
  14. Rafa has more class in his little finger than the entirety of Mike Ashley's staff of cronies and arse-lickers, he needs to come home to us and finish what he started.
  15. Do you honestly think he would be going home each day after finishing training etc. He would be based up here most of the time as again Rafa was, do you really think Rafa made that trip home each day? It's not a 5 hour commute by plane either. Lol, don't be daft, but even a couple of trips home a week messes with the old bodyclock.
  16. I hate London, to be fair I hate most cities.
