Also, I get Mount is good but I don't understand what he offers above others. Surely given the fact you have 3 Man City attacking players, who are tuned into one another, you simply have to play them alongside Saka?

Plays Mount ineffectually and totally stifles everything Rice is good at playing him in a strict holding two when he has everyone available. 

I think Henderson will be back up come the summer (or winter as it is) too.

Does nobody else think we are being sold short by our Regional BBC Radio Station.
Newcastle fans can listen to every game on the premium FM network.
We get FM when nufc and nufc u23s are not playing.

We are told there are ways to listen to the SAFC games by DAB and TV 719.
If this is such a good alternative why don't nufc fans have to do this?

Not just radio, but our friends at Look North also. On a Monday they show interviews with Howe and Wilder and then we are afforded exactly the same air time as Hartlepool, Harrogate etc, with all due respect we are the joint biggest club in the region but we're nothing but a lower league afterthought. You can bet your bottom dollar if it had been the mags in our position they wouldn't be getting treat like second class citizens.

He'd have given the penalty to Salah (for example) and it wouldn't have been overturned. 

Someone said a few weeks ago that that the officials don't give decisions against the big teams so the var won't overturn them. Absolutely concrete proof tonight. 

Would think that's the play offs out of reach for them.

Reminder that they were in them when he was appointed and their chairman said one of the main reasons they appointed him was he would have an immediate impact. And he was right.

Disappointing, like.

The players are out on their feet after a fantastic effort over two months. Won't stop some who have been dying to give them a kicking from doing so now though. 

We've been running on fumes the last few games and it's showing massively in this second half. Been an incredible effort the last two months which shouldn't be forgotten. 

Seems to have really found his feet. Credit to those at the club who have found him a loan deal which fits so well with how he plays.
