In terms of the gap with their own team and the teams around them I think the gap with that Chelsea team is huge. They revolutionised our league and all of the other teams had to react and get better. I don't see that with this Liverpool team at all, they strike me as a team that's filled a gap rather than created one.

Not every version was. We were talking about it a few pages back. There was a no-sponsor release, a patch release, then an integrated sponsor release. So I'd be looking to immitate the patch release.

Ahh I see what you mean. I could get the Asics kit like, but I'm not sure how different the star is on that one vs the barcode kit. The barcode kit itself is nowhere to be seen on DHGate like, that's why I've ended up resorting to getting a proper one.

Main reason I'm more confident this time is that I'm hoping the final isn't the occasion in itself. Last time the players were watching videos of their relatives saying how proud they were etc and all that stuff is lush but it's surely an emotional drain. I want them to go into this with less noise and pressure and to play with confidence and with all of the inexperience of the Man United final behind them. I don't expect us to win, Liverpool have the players and prestige to have been there and done that when it comes to finals and clutch moments in high pressure situations, and we don't have that. What I do expect us to do though is compete, and I know that when we compete we have as good a chance as anyone.

Think it would just defeat the purpose tbh. May as well just keep any with the star on as it is considering the price it would be. Mine without the star was £90 and that's really cheap.

You did your own long-sleeved red and blue barcode kit didn't you? Would love the template of that so I could just make the actual barcode kit. Recently bought a sponsor-less barcode kit as well so been desperately trying to find the blue star for that one. I've never seen any templates on eBay like, even if you had the link for them that would be class.

All true, but a description of the symptoms I reckon. They're very good obviously, but I'm not watching them and thinking they'd give any of the best teams of the last 10 to 15 years a game, including their own under Klopp. You can feel that when you watch them I think. Man City falling off and everyone being very inconsistent this season has opened the door for them and tbf they've taken the opportunity, but no one's challenging them. They're 9 points ahead with a game in hand on 2nd, at this point last season there was only a 7 point gap between 1st and 5th. They're going to win the league, are likely to win the League Cup, and have a shot in the Champions League, but they're probably the most unremarkable successful team I've seen in a long while.

The match cam was outstanding like. Haven't decided if I prefer it with or without the commentary, but everything else was a drastic improvement.

Put it another way, if they are the best side around then the level for what it takes to be the best has drastically fallen off a cliff.
