I think it’s pretty common knowledge in football circles that certain clubs and Bein lobbied heavily against it. It was meant to be a confidential process, I have every confidence when the request for access to devices arrives panic will ensue.

I think NDM’s interview a while back said it all, no matter how strong you think your case is arbitration can go against you. Did they think there’d be a settlement by now, I think there exploring all options before pressing the button on arbitration. I would imagine NDM is fully in the loop and it’s all part of the game plan.

The QC Robert O’Donoghue has seen the evidence and believes we’d be in Saudi ownership now if club had gone down the anti competition route last year. This is before disclosure and what that may find. I think the club must now be convinced it’s a goer especially after the ESL further exposed the cartel in operation.

This is the master plan will the PL and certain people like Levy be happy handing over their devices. How about the PL mole Bill Bush who was sidelined last year ? I’m sure there’s some very interesting exchanges between Bein and the PL. This will be unprecedented for the PL, I don’t think some have quite grasped the enormity of this yet.

The disclosure will have to come much sooner, let’s see how the PL feel about this. If not I’m sure we’ll all support each other through the next 9 months. I’ll play my part and keep the shite tweets coming. In it together lads looking forward to it.

Come on I could bump a few posts on here that have derided Keith on here the last few months. Most on here have him down as a gob shite who was doing and knew fuck all. It’s turned out somewhat different though hasn’t it. He was working closely with the club throughout and as it’s turned out the anti competition case will be used as a means to get disclosure and hopefully yes a settlement. He’ll get no credit on here even last night proved that, but yes the majority will celebrate when this is announced. In no small thanks to a massive part played by Keith Patterson and Gordon Stein.
