Absolutely incredible performance. Bodied a top five team and outplayed them in every metric from start to finish. Pretty clear that Howe's standards are unrelenting - sky is the limit now.

If we really can go out and get two new starting midfielders then my top choice along with Phillips would be Bissouma. Think he'd be absolutely perfect as the third man in that midfield in terms of the way they complement each other.
-
Wilson was actually ahead of Trippier fitness wise apparently.
-
I don't think they're very good at all tbh. I'd be very disappointed to lose if we have both Trippier and Wilson fit to start.
-
I predict at least five "head injuries" and there'll be at least half of the stoppage time wasted by their fans holding onto the ball and chucking flares about conveniently forgotten about.

haha get in. fuck off
-
He encapsulates the club so well Disgusting
-
Yeah agree with that tbh, much better than nothing clubs like Norwich and Watford
-
Relegation clause releases for Raphina + Phillips will do nicely
-
He's really not lol.
-
If he's replacing Fernandez (33 and clearly physically finished) or Lascelles as third/fourth choice then it's clearly not a bad move by any means. He's more capable than both.

Yakubu Craig Bellamy Steve Finnan
-
Really hope he isn't getting a new contract as rumoured

Tbf I don't think there's any way a front three as inept as Almiron-Wood-ASM is going to be able to dent them. Their understanding of offside/timing is absolutely shocking considering how reliant we are on being a counter attacking team in a game like this.

Leicester concede from a corner pretty much every week. Rodgers

"The Godfather of Gegenpressing", apparently.

Creswell is such a joke
-
His injury record is what makes it questionable. But when fit he's a competent defender (just atrocious on the ball) who can cover CB & LB.
-
The hamstring injury he picked up just after that game absolutely ruined him physically too. Realistically he'd never have been much of a success here given he'd probably have spent most of his time as a winger in a 4-4-2 tho. I remember us being linked to Robbie Keane a lot in 2005. Him and Anelka would have been so much better than Owen & Luque.

Fulham and Bournemouth. So boring man

Ref in the Bournemouth-Forest game must have a bet on Bournemouth.
