  1. It’s the wages equivalent to an Isak, Barnes and Botman combined
  2. TBH, we have a lot of deadwood that’s out of contract this summer that’s going to save us and if we can move on Lewis, Hayden and Frazer the saving will be even bigger, almost £315k a week or £16.3m per year on all that deadwood Out of Contract Richie £45k Manquillo £35k Kraft £55k Hendrick £40k Dummett £35k Deadwood Lewis £38k Frazer £41k Hayden £22k Almost £315k a week or £16.3m per year on all that deadwood
  3. Doesn’t work like that
  4. Exactly, considering Everton and forest are being fast tracked
  5. All of City’s charges, absolutely ridiculous that forest and Everton are getting done when 7 of City’s charges are P&S breaches the same as forest and Everton https://www.givemesport.com/football-soccer-man-city-ffp-charges-list/#:~:text=Manchester City have been charged,so clubs do not overspend
  6. It’s bollocks mate and would be an utter disaster, and means no other club except the 6 greedy cunts at the top would try in the league or cup. It would be too much of a risk, going from 85% to %70 is a massive drop. take us for example our turnover is £250m with likely no Europe this season meaning we could spend £212m on wages and amortisation, even if we grew our turnover to £300m(£50m increase on the season before) , qualifying for European competition the season after, would mean we would have to reduce our wages and amortisation by £2m to £210m. It’s a farce and would totally close the shop to everyone except the 6 greedy cunts.
  7. Are you sure about that, how can you produce accounts for 2025 when we’re in 2024
  8. And also break FFP in the process and end up with a 10-12 point deduction
  9. Just for people that are saying smash FFP to the tune of £200m and take the 10 point deduction, it doesn’t work like that, the formula is calculated as 6 pts for breaching the threshold and then 1 pt additionally for every 5m the threshold is breached, so if we smashed it by £200m the points deduction would be 46 points, and if we broke it by that amount, it’s likely that we would break FFP the next 2 years (3 year rolling cycle) so would end up with 20-30 points deductions for the following 2 years
  10. Why would they vote against it, you have the sly6 who would vote for it, then you have at least 8-10 teams that are happy just to stay on the PL gravy train, with no intention of trying to compete with the sly6 so they would vote for it, you only have Us, Villa, Forest, Everton(new owners might be happy with the gravy train now) and Wolves that have the money and want to compete
  11. It’s far worse, with UEFAs model, You’re able to spend 90% of your turnover on wages and amortisation(transfer fees) but that will drop from 90% to 70% over a number of years. It will mean those at the top will never be troubled by the likes of us or Villa as they will always be able to spend more on wages and transfers.
  12. That’s exactly what happened, the PL have no such rule so they will be found guilty, so they should as well as they cheated for 7 years. I wouldn’t demoted them though, I would deduct them 40 points a year for 7 years, that way they end up like the mid table club they are.
  13. So such thing was said at all, CAS dismissed the case because UEFAs own rules state that any punishments for FFP breaches must be done within a certain period of time, which UEFA didn’t follow, at no point did CAS say you had no case to answer
  14. A, nobody wants to loan us their players, it’s hard to get a player that nobody wants to give you B, Lingard hasn’t played all season, would be rusty as fuck and would break the way Eddie plays football C, this isn’t football manager
  15. They have said from the start it’s a 5 year plan to get us where we should be, nothing has changed in that fact, some of our fans are right fucking wet wipes
  16. Yep, we’re looking at adapting the UEFA FFP model, where you can only spend 70% of your turnover on wages and Amortisation, it will start at 90% coming down to where it will settle at 70% a few years later.
  17. Exactly this, bale went for £78m record in 2013, now bang average players go for that
  18. I can see us moving on miggy and longstaff, as they are both pure profit now with regards to FFP and I can see big Joe moved on next season
  19. It would be worse, at least we could win a game without Cabaye, we’re incapable of winning without Bruno
