The sports washing bit only comes really into focus when we win something - at that point we are generating great publicity for them . Anytime they donate to a local charity or jobs are created , buildings go up with their money etc . So , who wants to say no to all of the above ?

I think ( i hope ) the point TM is making is you also have a choice - if so aggrieved by the Saudi State you can always choose to not have anything to do with NUFC ( at least until they sell us on at some far distant point ) , dont go to games / buy merch and your conscience is clear . No amount of cash is gonna disappear Leazes Terrace sooner or later this needs addressing we could be looking at potential crowds of 80 - 100 k

Id say move the ground higher up into Leazes Park and then re create Leazes Park on the land St James sits on but have no idea of the legal to's and fro's
