  1. The parade and look north has them fewming. They have even exceeded my expectations with how utterly broken they are. It's absolutely glorious to see and what's even better, this is just the start. They're embarrassing themselves with their comfy blanket statements and faux outrage. Dangermows has went into hiding, Smug the internet wannabe is full on lies mode again and sofatester and roker mackem are in meltdowns. I think the funniest thing of all, were the sad cunts who were championing (or should I say ranting) their lasses team to restore the pride of the city. The gap between the two clubs is actually bigger than at anytime within our history. We had the Keegan years, but the club didn't have the money behind them like we do now. The gap will only keep increasing year on year, I would be totally gutted if the roles were reversed. I wouldn't be throwing comfy blankets though, I just wouldn't discuss anything Sunderland again. I can't wait to see their meltdown this coming Saturday
  2. Aye, gives the inbreds the excuse to use their obsessed retort. Hopefully someone comes up with something decent pronto
  3. Didn't see the post or I would have liked it with news of a parade. I genuinely hadn't heard anything until today. Should have read back a few pages
  4. No bother I'll take your word for that, but I didn't know that otherwise I wouldn't have stated that
  5. Wasn't his hamstring, I think he kicked the ground and ball at the end, when trying to clear a ball. Going off the pitch he wasn't limping though and talking normally to his teammates
  6. Why didn't they announce it from the start then?
  7. I'm pleased sense has taken place and a parade through the city is taking place. This is an occasion when it's a must the whole city is allowed to celebrate. Means families can come and be part of the biggest event since 1969. Still not the route I would have chosen, but this is far better than just having the moor made up of only season ticket holders and members. It will be better for the players also, seeing the route totally flooded with people celebrating their achievements last Sunday. Well done the club for listening and allowing everyone who can get there, the chance to celebrate
  8. The Irish commentator actually mentioned that and said Howe wouldn't be happy
  9. There is no way (imo) he's going anywhere next season. He will be given another contract and he loves it here. The club won't let him go, he's won a trophy and still a very decent chance for CL (I still believe he will be here even if we don't). I honestly can't see any premier league team paying out the money we will want, Barcelona can't afford him (without dodgy dealings) and Real Madrid have two of the best players in the world in forward positions. I'm convinced we will have two or three top players incoming also, something essential to prove to our top players, of the club's ambition.
  10. Or Hume, those two together with that fucker O'Nein, all often go for the player not the ball. Isak just wow what a goal
  11. Tremendous assist for Sweden's goal
  12. Apart from the bins that is
  13. Mansour if I'm right has only been to a home game fir the very first game after the takeover (if he had been to another game it's only one more, as it's mentioned regularly on media coverage. Don't know about away games though. As for our chairman, I don't see the problem with him going on the pitch to celebrate with the team. Have a look at Burn when he picks up his man of the match trophy, he looks up sees the chairman and is straight over. The next shot is of Burn, Trippier and Pope, with the chairman and hugging him. 2 of those are main players in the leadership group, which suggests to me that they know how committed the chairman is to the club. It is the first trophy since the PIF ownership, so of course he should be able to celebrate with the players and the fans on the pitch if he wants. If people have problems with that then that's up to them. All I know is without that ownership change, with the majority being made up by pIF, then none of us would have finally in our lifetime, had a major honour to celebrate. In fact the likelihood is, that we would be somewhere in the Championship, with a bleak future for a sustained period.
  14. Not 100% on the rules, but was Langley after her sending off, still able to go on the pitch at the end of the game? If not could be a fine and an increase of games for her touch line ban. Also I'm sure she got sent off for kicking the ball away, that should be just a booking by the rules, so if that was the case, maybe it will be overturned
  15. I think it's roughly near to 3,000 at Kingston Park. I'm sure someone will be along with more accurate figures
  16. Not that it matters, but didn't she just sign in the summer just gone?
  17. Commentator has not only got a dull boring voice, he is obviously not good at football opinion, "Newcastle just about deserve the lead"
  18. She is a very decent player at this level
  19. It is the record was for this game earlier in the season of nearly 16,000. So 22,000 above, that is unreal
  20. Typical performance this season, dominating most of the game, but a combination of poor final ball and a lack of striker meaning we are still level, when we have been totally dominant throughout. Hayles is a half decent scorer, but offers little else. Gregory has got into wonderful positions countless times, but then hasn't beat her player once. Reminds me a bit of the Durham game up here, dominated again, but hit with a breakaway goal at the end Got to do better in that final third, or I wouldn't be surprised if the same again happened. I still can't understand why the boat wasn't pushed out in January, as the same issues have been there since game 1. We were in a decent position and I'm sure the club could have brought in some decent players to get the third promotion in a row. Either attempted to convince some WSL (the difference between the two leagues is massive) players with the club's ambition or look abroad (we just don't seem to do this). This league was winnable. Hopefully lessons learned for next season, but I'm not convinced by the manager at this level. The weaknesses stand out like a sore thumb (especially up front) and yet In two windows, nothing has been done to rectify the problem. Positive to end with the crowd, 38,502 is absolutely unreal! 10,000 above out record attendance and well over double the Championship attendance record.
  21. Together with the commentary, I've heard dull boring voices, but his takes the piss
  22. Isn't the Sunderland manager, Shearer's cousin?
  23. All due to free tickets being given away so we can beat their record crowd. Broken sad cunts
  24. Aye the first point is one they have tried to take the piss out of us for a few years, even though the majority of their fans hadn't seen their team win one either
