  1. I thought I was imagining the game I was watching judging by some of the comments here, until I looked at the stats:
  2. Or a calamity of an own goal and a shot which was a comfortable save before a wicked deflection.
  3. I'm expecting an improvement with the return of Hall, Wissa and Livermento. Also need to see a mass improvement from the four wingers , as that is a massive issue currently. Our much vaunted press is virtually non existent this season.
  4. They were aggressive first half and Arsenal played into their hands. Arsenal missed two very decent chances at the same time and Sunderland scored with their only real chance. Second half until the final 10 minutes, Arsenal kept the ball and Sunderland were being ran around, before Arteta inexcusably brought another defender on and then just sitting back. Arsenal should have been a few up by then also. They battle for everything though.
  5. 2 they beat us 2 nil 3 seasons ago
  6. Because we have not really played at all this season. The difference between the Arsenal game this season and the two last year were like chalk and cheese
  7. Arsenal want their arses licked for just sitting back at the end. Should have been three or four up by then though.
  8. Not second half apart from stupidly sitting back the last five.
  9. Arsenal are being caught up into playing to Sunderland's tactics. It's long ball heaven from both teams. It's a typical historic Arsenal performance against a team who's in their face
  10. Fucking different sized letters again
  11. We can only see, as I don't see it with the games I've watched. Didn't see the Chelsea game so I can't comment on that. Being in the Belgian team of the year is no great shake either. We just beat their champions and current league leaders rather comfortably to say the least.
  12. Games I've watched that Sadiki has been nothing special. He was totally non existent against Burnley and Man Utd. Him and Xakha were ran ragged for the first 30 minutes against Everton also. Keeper certainly has looked decent so far apart from that cock up against Villa.
  13. Put them both up for sale and let's see which of the top clubs come in for which player and at an amount that will be five times the value of the other player. It won't be Xhaka that's for sure.
  14. And that 'guy' would be totally correct, in fact you can go well beyond 30 years also. Their Xhaka v Tonali thread is a hoot.
  15. He's been saying for years that he's working with the Athletic clubs official historian. Still no change though, I wonder why?
  16. The daft twat has tried for years with his bullshit and getting his bullshit rhetoric that the club play in red and white due to a Sunderland influence. Even their official site mentions that their original strips were due to Blackburn influence, but that the red and white strips came from a Southampton influence https://www.athletic-club.eus/en/news/2021/01/09/how-athletic-turned-red-and-white/
  17. Wouldn't argue with that, the addition of Wissa, Hall and Livermento should change our style of play (I would hope so anyway).
  18. We don't use him enough and he's not involved in the game enough. The last few games, has actually reminded me of how the Germany team play to him. Is it the plan to play both him and Wissa together moving forward? I would hope so as I think he is a perfect link player. Nobody is running beyond him either from the wings or the midfield currently. Be interesting to see what happens when Wissa is available
  19. I think you're mislead that I actually give a fuck what you call me
  20. Don't come on then as you keep whinging about it
  21. Keith the racist mod making himself look his usual idiot self. Tried to say sky showed that Xhaka was top in a number of 'criteria' for the season for the whole of the Premier League, until someone pointed out that it was actually just for Sunderland . The lying prick then said he wasn't watching properly.
  22. He is a good player, his Arsenal career was mixed though. Tonali is on another level though.
  23. Maybe, he was shocking the first 30 minutes last night, with his goal (another fluke) going comfortably into the arms of Pickford before the deflection. Tonali is on a different level to him and is still only young and improving.
  24. https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/prime-xhaka-vs-tonali.1666969/
  25. Totally disagree, respect your opinion though
