  1. If we do win, there will be posts galore on the groom and social media from the sad twats saying "well it was expected with the costs of the two squads".
  2. We have a new Women's DOF and she needs to get her head into gear and get someone in, before it is actually too late
  3. It's going to have fuck all to do with delaying a new stadium. Why would it when there is no chance they would be upgrading St James'? Extortionist costs for no real benefit. Building plans even for a new stadium would probably not be in place before 2028 anyway.
  4. I've said in the Howe thread, that I firmly believe the return of Hall, Livermento, Wissa and Ramsdale; should allow for the team to be far better at ball retention, and an increased threat in attack. This team should not be intimated whatsoever by Sunderland players, as they have showed on many occasions, that they can not only manage teams playing that way, but actually bully these teams regularly. That is one aspect I would demand of this team going into the derby. Failure to do so, and it will open up massive questions amongst the fan base as that's one thing nobody will accept and rightly so.
  5. I would imagine everyone wants our form to improve. However, the way football is at the moment, if poor form continues over a sustained period then the pressure will reach a point, and then our owners will have a decision to make. I'm hoping the return of Livermento, Hall, Wissa and having Ramsdale in goal, will for one, mean that our ball retention and progression is far better and secondly give us a far better attacking threat than we have seen so far. My opinion is that everyone should be judged on the present season, I don't agree with the people who say that anyone should be given a season or even two as some have suggested. The owners, manager, coaches and players are certainly not producing so far this season. As I said hopefully we will see an upturn.
  6. According to the Geordie Journos, they asked every player when leaving the ground to comment on the performance and letting the fans down. Every player either ignored them or didn't answer the question, apart from two Trippier and Lascelles. Burn couldn't answer as players who have been sent off are not allowed to talk to the media. Thought that was interesting.
  7. You're going on ignore. All you have done is try and call out posters with genuine concerns at the shit show currently being presented. Hyperbole , you must be an expert on that word, the amount of shit what comes out again and again from your mouth. I usually just ignore what you say anyway, until you included me with your moronic post about Chelsea's ownership and their six managers. Now I don't have to try.
  8. Exactly the same as what has happened the last two years. Dominated a lot of games, but just can't put the ball in the net. Easy chances not being converted. Needs a new manager in sharpish. I honestly thought they had a replacement lined up when Langley was sacked, but we are still waiting. 6 points from the second place so still time. We need a top level manager in now though and a big January window for that to happen.
  9. Go and bite at someone who is interested in what you have to say
  10. Only one person made himself look a clown with his previous comment- you!
  11. What has Chelsea got to do with us and how we are run. Come back when you have a sensible comment to make.
  12. When we sack multiple managers, then come back again with that comment. You know what I think of your opinions anyway.
  13. Doesn't matter what you think, I think or anybody thinks, apart from the owners. I disagree that they will accept this over a season. Howe has a massive month and a half coming up. If there has been no improvement in that time, I'll be surprised if they didn't act. Time will tell.
  14. I've said that for three seasons now.
  15. The owners won't think that and rightly so. They have already sacked the women's manager after a poor start. Nobody should be allowed a free pass for any bad season. If we are in the same position for much longer and playing at the same level, he won't even last the season. That is the just the way football is nowadays. A massive period coming up to Christmas.
  16. All those 5 points are true and is the reason why he is rightly so under pressure now. We're getting worse by the game and even in the games we have won, we were pretty poor. We are two points of the relegation places with a total 12 points out of a possible 33. That is not acceptable
  17. The ownership with the women's manager have already shown they won't accept anything that is going to impact the club moving forward. He is under massive pressure now and it doesn't matter if people don't like that fact.
  18. It's not fucking good enough are you blind
  19. Better team skill wise, but we lack a physical presence all over the park, which is causing us problems on the counter.
  20. Poor goal terrible from Cooper initially and then Stokes and the keeper from the throw in.
  21. Totally disagree, they were giving the runaround in the second half apart from the final ten minutes, when Arteta stupidly went to a back five. First half they practically had 11 players playing in a low block.
