By then I would have stopped watching, so will not give a fuck.

They played basically a reserve team for most of the game today also. Looks like they’re not bothered about European qualification this year as I can’t see them winning the Champions League.
-
The one Hope we have are that Brighton are in free fall. However that will probably change when they beat us in two weeks time. Fulham are playing confidently and picking up regular points. If you listened to Scott Parker after the Tottenham game, the different mentality compared to Bruce was laughable.
-
Who is scoring the goals? Wilson and Almirón are back after the international break, like. May well be too little too late but hey ho. They were in both in the team nearly all season also, but, won't make a difference with Bruce still manager. True. But whilst I've been slagging off what we've been playing since Jones came in all day, it is far more effective and would yield more points with Wilson, ASM, and Almirón in the team. We would've won today if those 3 were playing. Maybe, still don't think Jones is the answer mind. Today, for example we put square pegs in round holes just so we could continue playing that system. A good coach (I will not say manager as we know Bruce is an idiot) would recognise that and have an alternative plan.

Agreed. Both him and Caulkin have gone massively down in my view over their constant support of Bruce. Don't have time for either of them anymore tbh. Totally agree here, Shearer has the platform to tell it straight and has done in the past - not a peep from him when his c*** of a mate is in charge except blaming the players (and I bet he does tonight also). Shearer and Caulkin will preach all day about Ashley, but, not a word when it comes to Bruce. As for the other journalists they are all the same except for Hope. I saw a tweet from Mark Douglas on here having a go, but, like his lemon mate Ryder, I put money on we don't see anything on the back pages.

To add perspective, in their last seven games our rivals records are: Fulham 3-3-2 12 points Brighton 2-2-3 8 points Burnley 1-5-1 8 points Fulham's form has certainly made things interesting, but we're in similar form to the teams in and around us. Weird selection, looking at 7 games. Form over the last 10: Fulham - 14 points Brighton - 12 points Burnley - 11 points Us - 8 points Carry that over the next 10 games and we’re pretty much relegated. Go back 15 games and it’s even worse. I was just at looking at since Jones came in as we've clearly improved since then and would be in far more trouble if we hadn't done so. I look at his managerial record and the fact that Rob Lee couldn't believe he had been appointed. The bloke was not the answer to the problem, getting a proven manager was. The fact this would prove difficult due to Ashley's ownership tels you everything.

Think this forum will be pretty quiet (apart from the long term regulars) as nobody will give a toss

If Ashley is really trying to get this takeover done and really feels he has a chance of getting it done, then he has to act now. Failure to do so backs up my feeling that no takeover is happening, as there is no way anyone will buy a championship club at the price he is asking.
-
10,000 did though. Is Ashley going to give away 20,000 tickets this time. As I said we will see.
-
We can only wait and see.
-
Nah. The normal arguments about going to the game aside, as soon as people feel confident enough to do so, live events are gonna be packed, you'd think. You must be talking to a different group of people to me because all the match going people I speak to have had enough if Ashley is still running the club. We will see though.
-
You got it subject to going down you’re living in lala land if you don’t think crowds will plummet.
-
Don’t be so fuking stupid Do you want to put money on it.
-
Ashley is going to be in for a shock when there’s no takeover and crowds are well below 30,000 in the championship and they will be. This club is going to be totally fucked for years.
-
I’ve never seen a premiership team unable to keep the ball beyond 3 passes going forward than this shit. Totally abysmal.
-
I put money on now the likes of Shearer or Wilson or any half decent striker, would no way have been trying a pass in that position. But Beardsley or Sellars might. Disagree

Deep down they don’t, they are full of s*** like If I knew losing this game would 100% get Bruce sacked, I'd take a loss right now tbh. This I genuinely don't think you mean that. If we lose today, in all likelihood we go down in my view. Maybe Bruce does get sacked, but from a position of losing today I'm not sure there are any guarantees we stay up with a new manager. We've been lucky that both times we've gone down, we've come back up. As I say today could get Bruce sacked, but it could also be the catalyst for a multi-year decline. That's already been the case since Ashley took over tbf I completely agree. But that's no sense in wanting the rot to go further and for us to end up as a mid-table Championship team. Unless Ashley goes and a takeover happens what is the point anyway. I do agree it's important to stay up this year to find out though, as I don't think we have any chance of a takeover if we go down. -

Think it will be a comfortable win for West Brom with the only time this season they dominate a game.
