Calm down mate. There's every reason to be worried about Fulham. Naive to not be worried at all. Doubt people are prepared to jump off a bridge quite yet though. Is it worrying that Fulham won, yeah ok, but we are still in a good position and should still be able to gain enough points to keep ourselves safe over the course of the reason. I can understand people jumping into the relegation thread to display their fears, but come on, bringing it into the takeover thread and projecting there before the Fulham game is even over. It’s just a f***ing p*ss take that people in here do that when they spend the rest of the time falling over themselves to show how they are level headed. Wind your neck in man. I made the point that no takeover will take place until it’s known what league we’re in. Or are you trying to say they are going to pay 350 million for a team which could be in the championship or that Ashley is going to lower his price? I was saying this before the transfer window ended also not just tonight.

If Fulham play like they have today then I can see the gap being down to 1 point by next weekend. Not saying they will, but, Fulham look a bigger danger that I thought they were. Worrying times and think people (myself included) were thinking the gap is too much. With this manager and Wilson being out so long it’s not.

I think if anyone really thinks that then takeover is on the cards soon have to be kidding themselves as I can’t see anyone being interested in taking over the club if relegation occurs. The fact that Ashley is gambling also to me doesn’t seem a sign of anything being imminent. It would be absolutely crazy he is wanting to gamble a nailed on 350 million deal. Cannot see any takeover happening before we know what league we’re in first.

Canny coincidence mind especially as the Reuben boat only just arrived there also if I remember correctly from the tweet posted earlier. Of course mind can’t say it’s not definitely a coincidence either.

I called him a name earlier. I'm now blocked. He makes Edwards seem almost likeable in comparison to that t***. No surprises that monumental bellend Luke Edwards has actually liked that tweet Aye does not surprise me in the slightest. If this takeover did happen he’s going to be Billy no mates, whilst the rest of his colleagues get all the exclusives. He will no doubt run with the line that it will all end in tears.

He's quit the forum. s***! Didn't know Blame thomas[/member] Just caught up on it. Looks like a silly quarrel over pretty much nothing. He'll be back Looked like a nice roast, though Missed that, where was the quarrel?, as HTT seemed never to have a bad word to say (not that I'm taking sides as don't know what the argument was about or where)

Fulham have to play Chelsea and Man Utd away also. 10 points is a massive amount of points to make up especially for a team that has won only 2 league games all season. Yeah, and we still have to play Man City, Liverpool, and others before the end of the season, I'm talking about the next 3 weeks, so very much short term. Their (upcoming) fixtures are definitely more favourable, and the type that can, and will, define a season - if the gap still circa 10 points at that stage, great, if it's 4 or 5, not so much. Possibly a last chance saloon for them as Bergen mentioned. So have Fulham got to play City and Liverpool tin consecutive weeks coming up soon. They have only won two games this season.

Agreed, he's on about the Dean stuff there I think, not saying he's had them. According to his best mate Edwards he has had then via his son’s account.
-
He did say last week he doesn’t look at anything on social media. Could be his knob of a son telling him. I’ve not seen anything in my jaunts through various posts on Twitter.
-
I think he's hinting (not the above tweet), whether he's ultimately right though - time will tell.
-
Big difference is that he has a top class reputation, something that’s never been associated with Ashley.
-
He is but surely Gayle would work harder and close down more than big Joe!? Joelington offers absolutely nothing full stop. The bloke is an absolute joke of a footballer.

I agree. I do think he is doing it intentionally, however, it will come to bite him in the arse if the club don’t win the arbitration. He will be hounded by the Twitter brigade. Not a good look for a top level QC. If the club wins the arbitration it will be the exact opposite and his Twitter feed will be full of how brilliant he is. He’s not daft by a long way he will know exactly what the score is. He will have to shut his twitter down if this ends in farce. I do wonder if he has thought this through as he will now be well aware of what is going on with the fanbase with regards to his tweets and likes. Be very surprised if he doesn’t know the score tbh.

Sounds like a corker one with the three amigos still part owners. Nothing to get excited about.
-
I think he is just feeling confident of getting a win, and I highly doubt he knows it's all over and in the bag. He has nothing to lose with all of the twitter winks either. If he doesnt win the case it's not exactly going to diminish his professional standing. Going to result in him being bombarded by the Twitter brigade on his account though, which won’t be a good look and I’d be surprised if someone of his standing would want that. We will see though.
-
Like someone said earlier, he either knows something or hes a bellend winding fans up. He will be hounded on twitter if it falls through. Cannot see him setting himself up for that, but, time will tell.
-
Ha ha I think he’s just liked it! He’ll have to come off twitter if this doesn’t go through! Aye, him, Keith from NCSL and Liam Kennedy will have the twitter haters on the rampage if it doesn't. Think I'll keep of twitter for a while if it doesn't, as the split in the fanbase on twitter will be massive.

Douglas just relaying what others have said and speculated. We might hear something at the end of February/start of March. Probably the result of the arbitration? Yeah ties in with that. Good we can then put it to bed once and for all and hopeully with a bright way forward. Sick to death of all this willit/will it not shit this last year.
