The talent is certainly there and with proper coaching and attitude he could go far. You’re right though would one of the so called ‘super league’ teams be prepared to take that chance. Maybe an Everton, Leicester or West Ham would. He is also quite injury prone which may also put teams off. Been thinking on this today actually and unless one of the three teams I listed takes a chance, I can see clubs waiting to see his output over the next season first. Maybe one of the top teams will think that with better players around him, that his game and output will improve dramatically - I believe it maybe would also. He’s still only 24 also. Ashley mind will be asking top dollar for him and he is usually a stickler for getting big fees for players with value.

I see according to the Mirror it’s 8.5 million more between 12th and 17th with us getting 17 million and Burnley 8.5. Massive difference highlighted even more when you consider Man City get 38 million. Ashley will be pleased no doubt even though the thick cunt doesn’t seem to appreciate that investment would come straight back in terms of increased revenue, which would also nearly certainly have led to a higher price for the value of the club that he could have achieved as a direct result. I know he’s always made money from cheap prices to increase demand, but you would have thought even he would have realised after 14 years that football in the premier league does not operate in that way. Mind looking from the cunts point of view he will still make a decent profit from any sale and has had the perfect advertisement for his brand for no cost over nearly the entire period of his ownership. His brand of how he conducts business is a stopper for any investment to ensure year on yeAr growth. We all know this though as it’s literally all there in black and white.

One hope I’ve got for the start of next season if he’s still here (I would say he will be) is the fact he was getting stick off quite a few in the Sheffield game (I certainly wasn’t expecting that). Just got to hope that enough of the sheep who do attend also carry this on. Wednesday suggests that this may hopefully be the case. I’ve not talked to one person (quite a few including a good few season ticket holders) who have any other opinion than one of that Bruce should not be in the job even after the so called decent results these last few games.

See their U23s have just followed the path of the first team. Looks like the club loves a play off loss throughout.

Think you’re right about Arsenal not suiting him. Must admit the times he’s played for Arsenal he hasn’t looked half the player he has here. Be interesting to see what Arteta’s mindset will be with him concerning his future. I will be surprised if he’s here next year unfortunately.

Tell you what their made up opinions of every other clubs supporters loves them certainly doesn’t apply to the supporters of the teams in league one that’s for sure.

Totally proven that the last two seasons with the number of points gained when he’s playing against the number when he’s not
-
Aye he’s definitely formed a strong relationship with Willock. Did he have the wrong studs on today as he was sliding all over the pitch. With a good coach just tuning a few things with his game he could be a top player. Unfortunately he’s playing for Bruce and if he stays probably will be next season also. Wouldn’t be surprised if he’s away in the summer if Ashley still has ownership, as he’s already questioned the ambition and Ashley loves a huge profit on a player.

It’s been a dream loan move for both the club and certainly the player. His stock has risen ten fold. Deserves a lot of credit with his excellent attitude and I think he’s genuinely loved his time here. This besides the fact that Bruce unbelievably left him on the bench for a few games.

Lincoln are like scared rabbits in the headlights. They are being bullied all over the pitch.

See the referee in the Blackpool game is that useless cunt from the infamous Ritchie penalty farce
-
He is as their good spell of form fitted in when he was brought back into the fold. They would miss him as he’s the one player they have who can win a game on his own at that level. Seemingly they can get round it by putting him on the bench and bringing him on, as it’s only actual starts which trigger the contract deal. Mind if they go down that road I would imagine he would not be too happy as it would be done to deliberately stop him getting the deal. Be interesting to see what happens, I would imagine with the money he’s on they will be reluctant for the extra year being triggered on the same wage. Could see him not being involved at all to be honest.

Aye that bloke has single handedly caused 14 years of a total lack of investment and the club being totally static at best during the biggest boom period for the Premier League. You could make some excuses for the last person who oversaw a similar period within the 80s (McKeag) as he didn’t have the finances. The fact that this cunt did/does have the resources to invest and grow the business, but has continually refused is forever unforgivable. All you have to do is look at the photos of multimillion pound players using paddling pools and wheelie bins to hate the cunt, for making these last 14 years a total and utterly pointless period, apart from the appreciation of certain players briefly within that time.

With all the negative headlines and for it playing out so long, I honestly don’t think they would be doing this just to be a club living within their means albeit with increased revenue. That’s not within the Saudi mentality. Just my opinion.

The fact he is only 21 shows there is plenty of improvement also. The big questions now are, does Arteta actually want him in the first team next year or in fact if he actually even wants to keep him. He may want to loan him out again for another year to continue his overall game time and improvement. This may then well be our only chance of getting him back as the loan spell has went so well. If Arteta is wanting to cash in on his current standing, then he will be at another club as no chance Ashley will pay the money if he is still the owner this summer (likely).

He’ll be totally gutted tonight as I honestly think that after the last few games he thought he would get an easy ride. Mind so did I, so well done to the ones in a crowd (sounded like a few also) who give him the stick he deserved.
