  1. Mind I don't think Ando7 is the most reliable source of information after the last few transfer windows. He got just about everything wrong
  2. Aye maybe, but I remember the pompy game and I know it was only 2 - 1, but should have been 7 or 8 and the standard between the two teams that day was massive. Pompy are dominating their league, which of course Hashtag are in.
  3. If the girls had played like this last week they would have won. Keeping it on the deck whereas they got caught up into Hashtags tactics last week
  4. I definitely agree he's not an actual Sunderland fan mind, so you maybe right
  5. That bloke is an absolute lunatic, the daft cunt.
  6. They have us, Arsenal, Brighton, Chelsea and Liverpool still to play
  7. Are you for real You can't just kick players in the leg that's got fuck all to do with a not a no contact game. Fortunately the officials knew that also
  8. Thanks for clarifying again he is challenging for the ball and didn't foul Phillips. I think you need to give up
  9. Getting worked up . I think you need to learn what actually constitutes a foul. Anyway I'm replying no more so you can think what you want
  10. I just think you're talking a load of rubbish and the officials obviously agreed. Isn't that the purpose of the game to try and stop an opponent kicking the ball. If Gordon had fouled him, then of course it would have been a free kick, he didn't and it was Phillips who committed the foul. No point going on about it anymore though as don't want to spoil it for people going over the same thing
  11. So he put a challenge in and didn't foul him. Thanks for clarifying that. It's not subjective at all, Gordon put a challenge in, but didn't foul Phillips, whereas Phillips kicked Gordon in the leg without making any contact with the ball. The VAR and the Ref after seeing it back 100% made the correct decision
  12. Absolute bollocks is he not allowed to put a challenge in. It matters not one jot that he doesn't have control of the ball. Phillips kicked Gordon's leg
  13. How? he doesn't touch Phillips. It would still be a free kick to us at the other end. Phillips is the one who kicks the leg not Gordon
  14. I honestly don't get how anyone thinks it's not a pen for the Gordon kick. Does Gordon foul Phillips - no Does Phillips make contact with any part of the ball - no Does Phillips kick Gordon causing him to go down - yes. It's as blatant a penalty as you can get.
  15. Howe has to be questioned with his selections and tactics. This is a fucking shambles
  16. The pressing has been virtually nonexistent for months now
  17. Longstaff has been atrocious again. I'm really starting to get pissed off he is continuing to get a game. Defensively we look all over the place and Krafth has been poor also since coming on. Big half coming up as the pressure is starting to ramp up
  18. As I said you believe what you want to believe. Bruno hasn't been as good this seaon as for large parts he has been playing with Longstaff and Miley (he has still been very good mind). I totally disagree with you, but you're entitled to your opinion.
  19. Because it was clearly obvious he was not fit in the games he played and we're not talking about a minor injury here. We're talking about an ACL tear. You also keep saying some advice about being able to continue, but obviously this was all taken into consideration and the recommendation was for surgery. You believe what you want to though.
  20. Well they were both wrong then. Howe said the club advised getting surgery, so obviously they considered all the 'conflicting advice'. You're damn right someone(s) is to blame also, but I very much doubt we will ever find out. At the end of the day our best central defender is out for probably a season, because of playing games when he was so clearly not fit and also because he didn't have surgery when advised to do so. I've got no doubt this was due to the player wanting to give his options open for the summer euros.
  21. I think it's an absolute certainty that is the reason he wanted to continue to play.
  22. And by doing that he is now facing a season out, and the reason for that is that he wasn't told that he would not be selected. Instead he kept on playing when it was plainly obvious that there were issues. Who is ultimately to blame is subject to the club.
  23. I'm privy to my eyes which saw obvious problems and I heard Howe today state the medical team said he needed surgery. If you want to think something else that's entirely up to you. I stick to my point that it's been a monumental fuck up which will probably see a player miss an entire season.
