Oh good, Wilson and Trippier are back.
Worthy of an erection seeing that.

Crazy amount of support of him on here compared to other useless strikers we’ve had.
It’s because people are terrified of saying the owners or Howe have got one wrong.
It’s the same with every bad decision (like Dummett’s contract, not sacking Bruce earlier etc.)
If we signed Wood during Ashley’s reign, he’d have been lambasted as much as Rivière, who he’s been about as useful as.

Dubravka again not using his mouth?
He’s never been great at blowies.

Wood finally does good hold up play and is in offside.
He’s offside quite regularly.
This second half has been abysmal.

Ok, let’s move the conversation on. how has he played a major part?I think it might be his time of the month, he’s a bit precious today.

Safe now barring a 19 goal swing between us and Leeds.
Possible in today’s game alone

God Leeds fixtures are horrendous...
Chelsea are very beatable at the moment and they’ll have to if they want any chance of staying up.

A point today and we’re mathematically safe.

Did he though (genuine question as I don’t follow Everton much), according to wiki Rafa had a 31% win rate for Everton where lampard is on 42% - beating us, Man U, Chelsea and now Leicester along the way.
As much as I hate the bloke that seems okay to me
As much as they were not in the relegation zone when he took over and only dropped into it during his reign.
Feel like results have been proper gifted to him/them mind. Man Utd and Chelsea especially couldn’t have done more to roll over for them. They also took 6 points against the run of play from us and Leicester.

It’s already started… Sky:
”Frank Lampard masterminding an escape”
Totally ignoring he was the man to put them in danger to begin with.
-
Leicester being absolute spoilsports.
That’ll be Everton safe now, grim.

Watching the Leeds game are Everton hanging on or looking comfortable?
Hanging on.

Head says 4-0 thumping.
Heart/fantasies say 1-0 win with Bruno netting it in the 94th minute.
Feel like our GD at Man City’s stadium must be pretty minging.

Leeds better actually go on here and get something after stuffing up my fantasy football clean sheet.
Won’t be best pleased if that’s their token effort.

Genuinley no idea where this nonsense about me not having an opinion comes from. I think Dinho (fountain of knowledge as usual) said it and you've latched onto it despite me having a load of opinions.
'Get yourself outside' says the man also on an internet football forum. Great stuff
I’ve not seen that @Dinho lad post, but he’s right - whatever he said.
I am outside, by the way. You just seem the type that never leaves the house, probably proven by your “I know you are but what am I” response.
Anyway, it’s been fun, but you’re boring me and this conversation is probably boring everyone else.

That Ayling tackle reminds me of Barton at Liverpool. A pointless red.
Great comparison. Similar area of the pitch too, if my memory is correct?

Leeds could really do with accepting their keeper is absolute garbage, by the way.
I know he’s young, but showing no signs of being good enough.

4 points away from the CL and then 1 point away from the CL. Plus an FA Cup win last season. 'Regressing every year'
First opinion you’ve had all season and now you can’t let it go. I’ve already answered this point above. Get yourself outside Joey, calm down.

Didn’t they get closer to it last season than in his first ?
Points wise aye, but went into the final day the first time just needing a result against Man Utd.
Last season they were reliant on other results, IIRC - but could be wrong.
Fairly inconsequential really.

Think your playing down how massive winning the FA Cup is imagine Howe winning for FA Cup for us man.
I’ve said multiple times that’s a great achievement - but it is largely masking all of his other failings though.

Regressed year on year?
His first full season with Leicester they finished 5th with 62 points. His second full season he finished 5th with 66 points and won the Fa Cup for the first time in Leicester's hsitory. How on earth is that regressing year on year
Went from “very close” to CL qualification, to “close” to nowhere near and out of Europe entirely.
That’s regressing.

They got to a European semi final and only just narrowly lost to Roma as well to be fair.
Think it's harsh to use not getting Champions League football against him. Moyes has done a good job at West Ham despite them dropping well out of the champions League spots at the end of this season.
It's going to be tough for teams like Leicester to compete in both Europe and the league with a squad that lacks a bit depth and will constantly sell their best players.
If that’s the case, we should celebrate being European Champions with our Intertoto success.
That competition is not worthy of praise for a Leicester manager, especially when they had to fail in a very straightforward Europa League group to qualify for it.
Also think with how far ahead they were with the CL qualification, it can’t be seen as anything other than a failure. They might not have expected 4th when the seasons started, but those collapses were appalling.

Should that not be a pen or is it an indirect free kick if the ball isn’t in play?
