Honestly can't believe it ?

Nice. Bring in another CB and another striking option and we're golden
-
This is a top notch signing by the look of it. Exciting times
-
Remember that game well
-
Throw him in, he'll manage
-
The Trippier and Wood signings were drawn out affairs. There's a lot of noise from agents agreed but from where I'm sitting the club are using the media too, probably to try and pressurise clubs to sell.
-
Personally don't like the club doing their business in public. Like a fucking soap opera.
-
Literally every journo except a very small handful jist guessing IMO All for clicks/retweets
-
West Ham won't have to pay anything like the figures we're being quoted. We're nowhere near them in the league yet they are terrified of us!
-
I'll only believe it when he's holding a toon scarf!

I can't equate it to the Bruce sacking as that was truly bizarre. Everyone knew this was going to be a tough window, January always is, especially when trying to rebuild a squad. Players cost a premium mid-season, we are desperate and clubs think they know our available resources. I'm not going to blame the owners.

It's got deadline day signing written all over it. I'm fine with our approach here, we need to send a signal we don't be fleeced.

Being taken for a ride at Metroland here like
-
If true, forget him and move on. We need players committed to getting us out this mess.
-
That result today is massive for the rest of the window. Can't wait
-
Would take him in a heart beat
-
He'll want the big stonking bosman pay day. Can't blame him tbf
-
These frequent, peacemeal, contradictory updates by journos 'in the know' is making me nauseous.
-
£12m for six months on a permanent, no wonder they rejected the loan offer
-
Sevilla rubbing their hands.
-
The selling club have all the power, can't blame them for wanting the best deal possible. Reckon it'll be a last day signing. The obvious problem we have is that we're desperate, every game passing makes the task harder. It's getting to the impossible stage if Burnley start winning some games.

One guy I don't see mentioned is Goldson at Rangers. He's out of contract in the Summer and he's angling for a move back South - ex Brighton. He was a rock last season and has EPL and European experience. They're my Scottish team so wouldn't like to see him go but he's better than anything we have playing at CB currently IMO and wouldn't cost a fortune. Worth thinking about.

Two CBs, Lascelles is done.

Not even Pep, Klopp or Sir Alex could work with this lot. A few exceptions aside this team are Championship level.
