There's not a culture for giving youngsters a proper chance here imo, unless bought for a lot of money. Anderson looked our best player in pre-season, yet started the season on the bench. The rest is history. Miley doesn't play much. Highly rated youngsters like Neave and Shahar haven't even played in the cups.
