In a non Psr / Scr world we would ideally keep our best players , pay them better wages and add new players every year

Not impossible to catch if we make the right signings £30m player can be as good as a £70m player (if you sign the right ones) it’s about building up the best network of scouts all over the world and having people in place that can spot gems Yes , it’s difficult but not impossible That’s why we need to see progress on multi club model / new training ground / revamped academy facilities/ bigger global scouting network We need to look outside the box and take some low £££ risks (as well as trying to sell players at the right price) eg - Tino at £70m or Tonali at £90m Also - Know when to keep players (if possible) - extend contracts at the right time / improve wages - for me we need to keep Lewis Hall at all costs (for example)
