I am sure we should be able to identify 5 players in the whole world that want to come and we can (afford/ attract) and are good enough to improve us. We have a huge network of scouts and data that should be available to locate talent Brighton / Brentford / Bournemouth have all managed to pick a few gems every year. We’ve also picked a few good ones in the last 3 years. No excuses this summer as we also have champions league again to help our negotiations.

I agree to an extent , but players also want as much money as they can get , don’t be fooled. I hope he signs a new contract and stays another 5/6 years but I just get a feeling Liverpool have been encouraged

All of this noise from Liverpool does make me think Isak / His agent have maybe encouraged it behind the scenes He knows he’s worth £250,000/£300,000 a week and not getting that here. (Plus a huge signing on fee) Fans forget it’s just a job to players and as much as he likes it here , he will learn to like it elsewhere. I think the club know this deep down hence Ekitike bid / interest and willing to cover the move in advance
