Sunderland could have won the Championship last season right up until the penultimate game when the blew it. They were Top for half of the season Newcastle current squad on par with Sunderland / maybe slightly better. Newcastle will be up near the top. Might not win it but nowhere near relegation and will do much better than ‘consolidate’ in my opinion.
