Sorry but I don’t understand what to mean by going off their last few results. They haven’t been beaten in the league since 30th September. If we get beat off these today you chalk it off and move on as where we’re at with injuries, options and exhaustion it’s a free hit as far as I’m concerned.

Same time Liverpool make a habit of getting winners in the dying minutes more than any other team at the moment and you don’t mention either that both goals came from a Liverpool substitute brought on for that purpose. Klopp made a sub to get over the line and it worked.

Fairly certain that Liverpool are the only prem team (that’s been that at least one full season) left that we haven’t picked a point up against whilst under Howe and I can’t see that changing today. Even though other games were tight you just feel Klopp knows how to play against us.

Even if Luton do pick up, Brentford will decline just as quick- looking at Brentford’s fixtures there’s a very good chance they won’t get any more points until Burnley match in March.

Facts are facts - if they hadn’t had points deducted they’d be on 26 to our 29. They won’t go down this season.
