absolutely no reason why we can’t have a go and take 3 points from each of villa manu and spurs either. tough games but i’m looking forward to it now
-
we are one point behind city.. when did that happen haha
-
insanely good. just adds to the list of big money assets we now have in isak, bruno, hall, gordon, tonali.. botman to come back soon too
-
Martin Dúbravka (now playing for Burnley)

haha agree. we need a cross between pope saves and dubs distribution but they’d cost a fortune -
yeah, he’s showing why we went for him now
-
forgot how good he looked last season it seems an age away. good to see him there today
-
next time Eddie has a sticky patch, can we all stop wetting our knickers? give him time to work it out
-
just flicked through that Spurs game. who the fuck was Huntingdon haha. completely slipped my memory that one
-
it’s working. it’s allowing bruno to get around the box more when we move to attack, and he’s fucking class on the ball in tight spots in front of the defenders.. goals weren’t bad either like
-
agree with above. we haven’t played anywhere near our best at all.. but alls not lost. a couple of back to back wins and we’d probably be sitting where villa are now, or forest. we’ve had a tough run of home games. and done ok in the ones you’d usually expect to drop the points. let’s see if we can get into the “lesser” teams and dig some home form out. there’s only really Villa upcoming that you’d class as a potential top 6 team until end of March
-
I still think Eddie is the man for the job. There’s players not hitting the form they were last season or previous seasons, Gordon and Bruno stand out as obvious examples (last night aside).. whether that’s down to player confidence, Eddies tactics or training, who knows .. but I’d like to see him have the chance to get it right and shut everyone up.
-
coming back into form with a bang. we have missed him so badly. if we can get trips, wilson fit to help rest some, and botman back next spring.. full strength if no others take an injury 🤞
-
got it right again. howay eddie!!
-
seems a nice kid doesn’t he, humble. hope he goes on and nails an england squad place
-
A fit and in form Willock really helps. Eddie got it right today. More of the same
-
they’re doing well. this manager must be ok, having them up top with a team that seemed mediocre at best before. prefer to see them do shit but the derby would be good crack if they come up
-
they’re doing well. be interesting to see if they keep this up
-
I’m confident he will pull it round. If the forward line knew where the goal was like last season we would have been 2 up by half time and a very different game. We know they have it in them, just need to find it again, last season Isak and Gordon would have buried one each
-
that first half domination should have brought a goal. the players were wasteful. he got the starting line up spot on. it went to pieces on the subs though
-
looks good, let’s have these
-
think this will be a good performance. looking forward to it now, feels ages since a game
-
it’s as if Mike Ashley bought them
-
he was much improved today compared to last few games. let’s see the old Big Joe
