Knocking at the door here....?
-
Should really have a few more shots on goal.
-
I still think we've got this... would like to see Isak have a go.

Dirty bastards

Great play out from the back there. Just need to get our shots on target.

Back to the training ground with that one...!

Right, now let's use this...

Unlucky Willock

These drums are about as annoying as vuvuzelas.

Ach Joe... ?

Commentator gets facts wrong again... we've been beaten once in the league, not twice.

Ayew being a fanny.

Not having a lot of the ball early on.

Again, I hope we don't go for ages without a goal - Palace can be frustrating the more that goes on. -

Bollocks from Sky pundits again... who'da thunk it? -
Maybe, just maybe, this isn't an issue.

Huge result, that. Despite some below-par performances from some players. Thank you Agent Mitro! ? Isak is off and running again! We could look back on this in a few months and see how pivotal it was in the final outcome. Only 2 points off safety now...! Let's go to Palace and get three more... ? Hope Bruno isn't too badly injured. Also, now is the time to start getting in reinforcements.

Joe is in...!

With Forest, assuming that the coaching team had confidence in themselves that they could develop players, buying heavily at the start of the season (not January) is a gamble, but one that has a fairly good chance of paying dividends. They probably expected a shaky start, but as time went on they knew the team would eventually come together. It could have all gone wrong of course with all the catastrophe attached to that scenario, and may still do so - but fortune does tend to favour the brave in these sort of things. If it works, fair play to them.

Silly arse... young + lots of money = inevitable pratt at some point. Own up, pay your dues, learn from your mistake and thank fuck you didn't kill anyone.

For the likes of Bruce, all you really have to do is ingratiate yourself to the right people. Everything else falls into place eventually. Then, after many years, it runs out of steam and you can count your money / Greggs vouchers. But it is aided and abetted by clueless millionaires, as most of the world's misery is.

I was told it was all our fault they bawled in our game against them... you mean, there's actual doubt about that!?

I certainly don't think we should assume that we're playing the Southampton of November just gone. They might not have changed much in overall quality but, as we all know, confidence and momentum can count for a lot. Having said that, we're more than capable of winning at their place and should that play out, then we ought to do enough in the home leg to progress to Wembley. (Just typing that feels brand new to me!) And, if the likely scenario plays out and we face Moan Utd there, we need to be in peak condition. But also carry on picking up points in the league. Therein lies the challenge for Eddie & co I guess! I will say - whatever happens, this is already a feather in this team's cap. This competition has been next to a non-event for us for so long - now look!
