The speed he's able to move himself and the ball into space is great for opening up passing possibilities that cut the defence. Game time will improve his confidence and I find it hard to not see him being an effective part of the team. Just think, we love Eddie for a reason. Well Eddie loves Gordon for a reason, and as it stands I don't think anyone can question what Eddie's done with the players we already had, so chances are AG follows the same path.

Thinking about the Chelsea game, if it comes down to the final day, it will still be Lampard in charge and there's no way Eddie is getting outdone tactically you'd think. Plus they have nothing to play for, so the game is really there for the taking if we turn up as the team that we've consistently seen this season. I see it as the easier 3 points than the Brighton game at home. -
Joelinton. £40 million. Kicked the ball into his own face. Personally I think Howe has told him to play it safe with the ball for now while he's not fully bedded into the playstyle/on the wave length of others. Good pre-season and I genuinely believe there's going to be many opinions changed, after EH has refined his game and focussed on his strengths. Probably not the easiest thing to do whilst the season is ongoing.

Twitter account has clocked onto him shaking hands with the opposite manager before Eddie and its snowballed from there I think. -
Because he wanted to move back.

Szoboszlai for me based on age, wages, and probably suits us more. -

Apparently he hasn't won player of the month. Not sure how, but the robot has according to a leak

Random thought that I just have to write down. As soon as you apply any context to the debate about manager of the season, as opposed to just 'this guy won the league'. Eddie is definitely the true winner. He has done it with this squad and from an awful position. The other contenders just don't even compare, winning the league with Man City oh wow, winning or coming second with an Arsenal team that's been decent for ages, meh.

It wasn't even part of the club before.

Oh that will have been mentioned mate, because animal rights are just as important as human rights.

Yep fuck Diaby. This guy please!

Think it will come down to who actually makes the move, because of the big fee some teams might not act as quickly. This would be where our chance is, I'd imagine we would put an offer in below the crazy valuations if we were to and then you'd just have to hope WH think it's not worth the risk to reject it. Think the problem could be wages. My outlook is we signed Isak and that is madness to me, so who knows what might happen with CL. Does he play alot of games for Man City? Would he want to go to a crazy club like Chelsea? Man U have Casemiro. Spurs, lol. Arsenal I guess would be the obvious choice. Don't think Liverpool are interested? I can't see him going abroad so if we want him we'd have a half decent chance imo.

Plus a LB, I hate seeing Burn plod up the pitch. I'd rather see us just go into a solid back three and stay like that. I want us to qualify for the CL more to see the new players we get than playing in the competition as it stands.
