Isn't it the premier league manager of the season, and not combined with other tournaments? Pep has been able to put out a weakened team and coast the last few, how is that a big achievement? He's basically been able to take the piss because his team is so far ahead. I know who my manager of the season is so fuck the lot of them!

I know what you mean, I just think the negative impact on our current players would be bigger than the positive impact of signing the players. Just not worth the risk to unsettle a squad, particularly when it's in such a great place mentally right now. However yes on football manager we all like to go abit wild!

If I was a footballer and I saw nine new players rock up after the season we've just had I'd be baffled. We won't fix all the problems in one window even if we wanted to, something just wouldn't work out. I can see that there's a good few positions to bring in competition/backup, but think four signings is more realistic. If three were first team quality and one (Arda Guler) for Eddie to work with I'd class that as a brilliant window.

Personally I think pulling off the Isak signing is a huge shock. Bigger than Sboz. We can definitely make these type of signings, will just depend on who else is trying to sign them aswell.
