Amount of people near me with tickets who honestly couldnt find their seats, sat with half and half scarfs, how are these getting tickets.

Crazy how European football at the time for a lot of clubs was valued less than domestic. I remember my old manager saying for liverpools champions league era of2005-08 where they won and got to final he got tickets to all the anfield games but be lucky to get a league cup ticket now. I went to Barcona years ago and lots of empty seats and can remember likes of milan playing in half empty stadiums

Agreed but I think the fit was perfect and no other manager wpuld of turned it around. It reminded me of fergie leaving Man Utd, no one has had same success but SBR came in after 2 big appointments and did a great job. But that season it felt like there was a shift and a devide in dressing room and board level that could of left us in big trouble. I think KK and SBR both go down as club legends and rightly so.

Aye and any fan who had a go at it SBR were idiots and his comments were absolutely spot on. We had'nt won anything in years and he came in to a club certain to be relagated and had European football all within such a short space of time. The dressing room comment always me laugh as those who thought they were above him probably peaked career wise under him and we got significantly worse after he left. What Howe has done for us is unbelievable but Sir Bobby did the same hence why he deserves his statue. However I agree Keegan deserves one.

I know a huge bonus of SJP is amount of pubs nearby but I can see how it hinders the atmosphere in a way. I got in at 7:25pm on Wednesday and it seemed nearly full, that definetly spills over into stands and improves atmosohere. There is a big argument for big games to get in early and let the atmosphere build. Btw this is coming from me who likes to get my last pint in at 2:30pm (when we lucky enough to play at 3pm)

Exactly all it is, i would go as far to say if you had 2k in lower leazes stood all game it would be class given the strawberry corner. One of main drivers for new stadium is seat moves

Its more relocation of fans thst benifit. You can actuallu group people together. Also in regards to new stadiums and atmosphere look no further than Argintina fans in the world cup last winter.

Agreed I think people forget what and how good you can make modern stadiums. 4 level stands at 65k with an end for standing, improved bars and facilities. The 2 larger stands make a stadium expansion really difficult to work.

Still think should be mlre emphasis from wor flags on actual singing than flags as well. Worst thing about ground is far too much of mix in stands, still don't know why seat moves were not offered past couple years, why not offer fans seat moves so more vocal fans can sit together etc

Also if club redevelop current ground, there HAS to be seat relocation. Got to get like minded fans together. No point having 4 stands all mixed

Exactly this point, it's because we have entitled fans mate, we should easily of been able to get an end but instead Dave and Karen who have sat in Gallowgate for 20 gears think they own the seats. Telling me if 8000k stand they all getting letters... These be the same folk who clap attendance, ask people to sit down when corner is being taken and have uproar if anyone mentions a new stadium. Believe me a ne stadium with 8k standing is appealing to me.

Beyond a joke, was same for me v Brentford, got in my seat 15 mins after k.o. every game been 20 mins to get in minimum. Aye trouble is with atmosphere all comes from one end. I honestly dunno why the support trust, supporters club or wor flags dont try and work on it more. You have one corner rocking. Just need one oppisite, never mind bring your fucking scarf, get some radgies in the leazes
