Am i right in thinking though that when they changed online ticketing site in 2019 they lost transactions, hence why when trust did they on getting points back to thosevwhp packed in under ashley iy was not possivle. I know they issued new supporters numbers to those who packed in. They might use that as excuse but surely anyones history should be traced to their name or address etc?

Alot of this is down to not offering seat moves when season ticket holders packed in over years etc. We have match day tickets everywhere in ones and twos. This has impact on member sales, atmosphere and affordability. Did mention this to trust. My mate wanted to move to platinum club from leazes but wasnt posssible..now you have a 75 quid match ticket. Obviously wifi was further up agenda...

That being said, memberships aside, if i was wor flags i'd target atmosphere more than flags. More particular leazes end and try mimic gallowgate. Only reason I say wor flags as got more following.

Still think alot of this is caused by not looking at mass seat moves and structure of St James. If theres 8k tickets sold per match to members why not offe those seats to current season ticket holders and bunch together genereal sale to certain area/stand. For example if the strawberry corner/gallogate end is more sort after give people chance to move. Thats what will kill atmosphere more so. Apparently 2500 applied for 70 safe standing season tickets Why not offer those a chance to swap to current members sale seats in the gallowgate. That and to stop moany fuckers thinking they own place.

Shocking defending for all 6 tbf. Don't think you'll see us move away from back 4 after yesterday as seemed all over at back. Dubravka should of done better for 3rd too, weak hand. Never read to much into pre seasons but i do think Villa will be good side next year again. Do rate Emery and his football. Anderson is looking good.
