    Match Atmosphere

It's all down to season ticket holders fancying a day out these days hence why it's alot worse. The first season in the championship 09/10 was different all together to now. Away ends full of drunk blokes getting behind side. Even the following year we went to Forest in first round of league cup and won 4-3 and away end was class. It's clear to see that big percentage of loyal and loud fans didn't have season tickets or bought off other tickets.

People don't like to admit but issues are travel groups are being replaced by day trippers. A lot of these fans coming this season more arsed about the picture to post on social media. Was speaking to a lad I know from Darlo at Spurs away, they used to have a bus to every away game, i.d checks means only about 12 go regular now and they all were loud and loved a day out. This is happening with travel groups all over the north east and country.

Aye makes a big difference. Was at their place other week for cup game and when watched back away end sounds like home team, be different at our place. It's similar to Palace, sounds lound when 800 lads sing and bang a drum.

Exactly if they don't like it whats the choice, they don't go anymore and someone else takes their ticket. I've been season ticker holder 20 years. I've sat front row of Leazes in east stand corner, Level 7, strawberry corner and now leazes west corner, mainly moved as was student for cheaper seat and up to level 7 when everyone stood but ultimately i'd happily move for good of support and team, sadly a lot won't.

Just look at Milan game, the thousand returned seat were occupied by fans standing amd creating an atmosphere and level 7 was 10 times louder. I would'nt bother with gallowgate as too many old stubborn fans. I'd concentrate on Leazes now

Spot on, i don't know why so many fans can't see it. If we had 4k standing in Leazes and gallowgate of like minded fans it would make all differnce. Be like splitting up ultra end at san siro and 7k are placed all over ground in groups of 5. It's always about getting fans together and creating an 'end'...

Agreed, trouble is too many don't want to hence why we should move the fuckers

All more reason getting a standing area in the leazes

I think you have one corner thats very loud but we need to add 2 more areas. I'd put the whole leazes west L4 standing. It has to be a must come the summer

Fair play to these lads pushing for difference. Hope people push for seat moves and changes. All these miserable pricks want moving seats. Make lower leazes standing and get mass seat moves underway. Far too many old moany pricks

Gotta be 8k in one stand.

Spot on, it is becoming like the nfl almost. Saying that seat moves havetp happen. Get all the lads together
  13. Newcastle really miss Joe willock or anothed player like him. Crying out for someone to pick up ball in midfield and drive on.
  14. Can't knock his commitment but time to upgrade. Too predictable, hoping Barnes comes back and gets a run in the team

Proper atmosphere last night, right behind the team.

Sunderland buses are what they are...one thing i do know is the 6000 there need to get right behind them for 90 mins... Just in London now and hoping for same tonight.

Potentials huge if get more standing. I'd argue the couple of thousand in that corner louder than any other section of fans ive been to last season or 2 in prem just needs massively extending or lower leazes matched

    Match Atmosphere

Fair play to members who were im safe standing near away fans, stood and sang. My biggest gripe isvthe pricks who left early and couldnt be arsed to stay behind and clap team

If the corporate tickets are 500 though that would leave 2500 season ticket holders...enough for good atmosphere. There were alot of lads all other the country who didnt have a seaon ticket but were loud at away games, it wasn't an issue until this season when checks came in. I honestly don't know why people keep saying its all corporate when it really isn't

Issue is the lads who went last several years wanted to be there for day out and back the lads. The type who want to go now want to go to say they went, people same boring fuckers who complain they had to move out of corner for standing

Tell ya whats ironic, people slagging off atmosphere pm twitter who stood im silence yesterday. Get singing ya self ffs
  22. My point is regardless of stats every club in world bar Liverpool would swap their keeper for Ederson
  23. Edersons shot stopping is excellent, he makes odd mistake like everyone else, don't forget Pope made fair share of howlers too. Pope makes more saves because we aren't as good as Man City. You cannot be serious mind saying you'd rather Pope than Ederson. That's like saying you would rather Almiron than Saka because he worls back more and needed more in our team

Few points on yesterday from my observation as i was there. 1. Yes it was crap, in all honestly spurs away is never the best, my pals who follow other clubs say the same, same allocation at other grounds will always be louder. 2. Our fans have caused the issue on away ticketing, everyone complained that they couldnt get tickets as people were reselling on. Well the lads buying other tickets got behind the team more than the people getting tickets now and the pricks who buy and don't turn up. 3. The football fan seems to of changed, less lads getting tickets who would have a drink and get beind the team no matter what, mode fans who want a pic for social media. 4. I actually went to Villa park saturday with one of my customers in hosptality, the atmosphere was really poor, sang at kick went flat. Sang wnen scored then could here a pin drop for rest of game to late on. Same at Spurs yesterday. Football fans are changing it seems.

    Kieran Trippier

Bad game after 3 exceptional performances, happens to very best. No doubt with his mentality he'll be back to his best Sunday
