I think the song book arguement would go out the window with standing/singing section. Doesnt take long for it to spread when you have right minded people together.

Sorry mate i meant leazes corner nlt level 7. I think here would involve level 7, bounce of away fans etc. I currently sit here and think it could be fastest solution as more general sale tickets here.

I think Wembley aside lets focus on St James Park as if you get lads back together in St James it will pass into neutral grounds. If we don't act now we'll get left behind..lets not make any excuses we simply are not getting behind the team. The only way to fix this is RELOCATING fans. We clearly have a lot of fans who think the same. @Heron was it Wor Flags or Trust who got Darren Eales to the Green man? Well wrote mate, thats the bit that really fucks me off, this is a game where the passion is what I love..singing,relief, excitement...its football, the best game on the fucking planet...seeing the passion leave some of our fan base fucking hurts. But spot on @Heron reshuffle has to happen.

Also lads a point worth noting, this happens at other clubs too. Mate from uni who is season ticket holder at Leeds said they had to do same thing few years back in championship. They noticed small teams going to Elland Road and being heard. They had S.T holders move behind goal and obviously stand. Mate at work whos a Manc said they've done same since covid. He has sat in Stretford End for years and alot of fans were commenting how shite it was. We definetly have the fans to do it? Was any one at Leeds away last season? I've done over 160 away days and that was arguably one of the best. 90 mins of fucking racket which was noted by Leeds fans' all them fans will be Season ticket holders (or large majority)

Anyone who was up in level 7 will remember that we had a good song book, we had the classics and also had some songs we made up for players that got going too, Peter lovenkrands, jonas etc. If you get 8k standing it will rub off on others, not just atmosphere but the younger fans coming through will want to stand their over time. All i would say is people do the survey, email the trust etc...make it as well known as possible. I'm not saying every game will be bouncing but 100% a large amount of like minded fans will make it alot better. Everyone has to do their bit. Tbf to Arsenal I have been to Emirates 5/6 times. It was the worst home ground arguably for atmosphere but some fans have come out slating their fan base and got lads standing behind the goal and the game in Jan was loudest i've heard it in all my visits....

On the flip our fans think because we sell out we mint fans. Minus bournemouth every club in prem would sell out Wembley. In my opinion great fans dont sit at wembley and bitch about fans standing. Great fans would back their side in their biggest game in years...

Great post, like SteV said I think copy and paste that into email. I sent emails to the trust on the same matter. I also think regardless of trust being good or not the club asked their opinion on Wembley ticlets so obviously they will listen. If i was Wor flags and Trust i would reach out to Darren Eales, given his antics before cup final he seems a good character who would listen. In regards to safe standing i'd be happy for it to be located in either the Gallowgate or Leazes end. Reason i mention Leazes end is that it is far more general sale populated. I also think leazes corner would be a perfect area as likely be able to make it larger if was success, expand further round towards eastvatand. Also given the gallowgate exapnsion would take time it might be quockest solution. I also think that a larger population of people in the Leazes who would happily move to galllowgate etc but not so much other way. I am in Leazes currently and often people are singing in concourse at half time...the appetite is there just need right people together. Might come across cringe but also might need to bring a fan group together. If you had couple thousand lads walking up to St james at 2:45pm singing might help carry over to kick off. Also educate other fans tne old classics etc. It needs addressing and we definetly need an "end". If you wanna sit and watch game out yhe way thats fine but lets not hold back large group who want to change this. But yes get on to trust, wor flags etc

Our fans are moany as fuck man. The club needs to tell half the fuckers to wind their neck in. Replace half gallowgate with railing and locate them else where, if they dont like it fuck off. If we get thousands behind the goal the song book will increase too. Larger variety of songs will only improve atmosphere as well. I do think its mental we don't have an "end" as such anymore, annoying given fact a lot of like minded fans.

Aye mate true that. As a 15 year old at Cardiff i was definetly the younger crowd. Cheap ticket sales to familys certainly hasnt helped.

Also reading comments, I would'nt judge safe standing at wembley on success it could have at St james. I know lads who bought £40 quid tickets for financial reasons. Lads who bought most expensive tickets as more bars in thst area and lads waiting for cat 3 people or had no cup purchase history to get a ticket. I'm still optimistic getting 6k standing behind leazes for arguments sake would make an improvement.

Absolutely spot on mate. Re safe standing section i actually think people choose them for view as clearly alot in there who almost didnt want to be there. Also as 22k probably stand it means people would not of choose their to begin. I think your right about almost using wor flags as more of a voice to reach out so to speak. I do think if you can get 5k lads standing week in week out and even get lads drinking in same pubs etc it will spill over to big games/cup finals. Have it as a fan group almost. I hate to come across ageist as at 32 i know they were there before me but we have such a large number of fans who want to go and sit with a Bovril..thats absolutely fine but get like minded people together. A few of my mates got into arguments in top tier over standing...a fucking cup final. That 10k of new ticket holders is bang on..know alot of lads who never had tickets at weekend who packed up...swap them for the youtubers and bruno in the middle crew.

As much as Burn has done a great job i think he'd be more suited to Targett behind him.

Personally think Man Utd are very good side, one or 2 short of competing for prem. Varane, Martinez and Casemiro are all world class players, probably put Fernandez in that category too. Reflecting on the match now i'm not pissed i think a new number 9 is needed, wilsons lost a yard of pace it seems. Like to see Targett get a run of games too
