100%. Also if we were to add 8k seats surely we just make part of this safe standing. Sadly if we don't adapt safe standing we'll get left behind given alot of clubs are going this way.

Surely it can go hand it hand, but i'd rather 52k and good atmosphere than 60k and shite any day of week.

I did tweet and drop wor flags message on their site, havent heard ba k. My suggestion be do a poll or ask Wor flags following to email trust/club. Got plenty interest and audience re the scarfs so worth a go. I know keep pushing this thread but thought of European and thousands standing getting behind the lads is what its all about..

Mate don't get me started it's fucking embarrassing. I started another thread on safe standing/singing section. Drop [email protected] email please. When i spoke to them they said they'll ask other members. Its an absolute must we get like minded fans together. I think the club will listen if enough shout

Spot on, wish those moaning about cup final tickets loyalty points etc woulf put as much emphasis on this issue. It should not be hard to get the trust to rally the club but all focusing on crap like shirt sponsors...god help us

Yep agree, i moved to Bucks around 9 years ago now and travel up for home games. 3 of my mates have season tickets at emirates and commented prior to standing other than chanting "Arsenal" nothing travelled around ground. Simve standing they seen increase in variety of songs snd obviously improved Atmosphere

Exactly my thoughts, i'd imagine those who do have seats there would happily move to gallowgate if they never wanted to stand as well

Exactly that, any fan should be happy to move for sake of club imo. It's a must for club in our position

Great idea mate, i honestly would love a group of lads together. Drink in same pubs, carry noise up into ground and stand together and back the lads.

I disgaree though it tight games like today they need us, we can't expect players to be at that intensity why we sit in silence. The clubs in great place but lets make it better and back them.

If we got 5000 lads sat standing together we'd have an atmosphere for duration of game. We have 50 lads atm genarating a noise that often spreads

Hi all, I have pushed the trust in regards to bringing this to the clubs attention and they said they've not heard much from other members which is dissapointing. Today was so depressing, sitting in 4th and cup semi final, me and few lads in Leazes corner getting told to sit down and funny looks for trying to get an atmosphere going. To hear lads getting letters for persistant standing as well is madness. Apart from 15 mins it was shite. What annoys me is I honestly think this is the biggest issue we have as a club, a great team and fanbase that aren't matching. Safe standing and like minded fans together will improve this, we all know this. The most annoying thimg is all the fans and the trust do is bitch and moan about loyal points and ticketing systen. Our shit atmosphere is more important than people moaning about tickets for final we haven't reached. Todah I actually thought it would be better watching on tele. I did mention this to trust, needs pushing way up agenda imo especially given fact people are getting letters in post for persistent standing. Got to get with times and get some like minded fans together and create a buzz, it's needed given fact we could get potential European nights next year. Not sure how we push it further to club?

I did speak to trust on safe standing, they said they'll speak to their members on it...needs addressing as lots of times implenting it and we will get let behind...not sure how us fans push it any more?
