It does seem a strange appointment. Not just the coach but the timing. I thought they'd see the season out with O'Neill and, far from being concerned about any "new manager bounce" on Sunday, I felt the decision and timing was good news for us. It was. 😁 Nancy could turn out to be a sound move in the long term but the tactics, and the ToysrUs gadget he was using to explain them, was not a good look.
