The thing with Liverpool is the way the media are so desperate for them to succeed....rarely is the amount of injury time questioned or even remarked upon...the pundits and commentators drool over anything Liverpool do that's remotely decent.....its embarrassing.....

Got to be pleased really...would have took the draw before hand...Liverpool equalised on 89 after an improved second half...officials tried to gift wrap game by allowing an extra 10 minutes....they had the momentum....everyone feared the worst, Liverpool fans expected a winner...and.....it never happened.....

Would have took a draw all day long.....basically there was nigh on 20 minutes of added time accross the 2 halfs.....a game would usually have approx 7....2 first half 5 second half.....this happens with these pricks regularly....boils my fecking piss

Boehly strikes me as a complete helmet....I can well believe he thought they were simply in the UCL every year....American sports don’t tend to have the concept of qualifying to be in a competition, or relegation, etc.....imagine the look on his face if Chelsea were somehow relegated one season....

Performance and participation prize money is fair - higher reward for better performance on the field of play.....the other side of it though does rankle a bit, performances over the last 10 seasons???? Plus isn't the TV Pool part also dependant on how much your country's TV companies pay in TV rights? Is does smack of creating an unfair playing field.

Each to their own, but not for me - Spurs are in 7th and have been dog awful - we might be fourth this season and them 7th - imagine the injustice if those turds slid into the UCL.

Is everyone convinced that Liverpool will beat Villa? I know Villa have lost the last 2, but they are a good side and could be fighting for Europa League/conference. Also Man United's fixtures are easier than ours without doubt, but their goal difference is poor and they aren't playing well. Even considering the above we need 6 (maybe 7) points to be certain. The away fans will back the lads to the hilt. AT SJP we just need to stay calm and give the team the support we gave them on Sunday. Taking all of the above into consideration, we've got a very good chance of doing it, and the bookmakers think the same. HWTL.

We’ve won 8 of the last 10 games, and have usually bounced Back well following defeats....keep the faith lads.
