The worrying thing is meant as sarcasm, but I guess it's kind of overused and old at this point.

He thinks playing with Miley is difficult. Worrying. Edit: just saw that someone said the same in the Bruno thread.

I'm convinced that Grealish will fall pretty quickly after 30, the guy doesn't really seem to take care of himself all that much. I saw a Q&A with him and Haaland, and yeah.. Their diet is quite different to say the least. And then the excessive drinking comes on top of that, not that it happens often, but it is telling of the character.

Pretty damn good prediction. But I would say that many were getting positive about him after his England U21 performances, and also the fact that he spent the summer getting in shape for the next season. Many were hopeful of him before the season, but don't think many could've predicted that he would be this good and this consistent.
  5. Crazy stats for fullbacks, wow..
  6. Haaland man.. His record (by far) xG without a goal when he's my tripple cap. Scores 5 in the cup. I put him as a cap and he continues to miss absolute sitters inthe league. I know what happens the moment I cap someone else.
  7. I didn't actually do it, because I know the answer already. Anyways, great win today. Some people never praise, some people never criticize. Just how fan forum are.

Quite impressive for him to perform on this level after being out for pretty much the entire season, amd coming back just recently. Pleased for him.
  9. You all better crticize Howe sometimes, or else I'm on the case.
  10. Well.. I said something that is literally true, deemed "untrue". I adressed that. Anyways, great win today?
  11. I will go through your posts later. Will I find anything remotely critical of Howe whatsoever? If not, how is my point wrong?
  12. Yes I do. It happens both ways? You made a point that it happens one way, and I added that the same thing happens the other way around.
  13. Certain users who will praise him whenever we win a game will never admit it when he makes a mistake, and no loss is down to anything that he does. A perfect manager, never loses a game with his decisions. Shame he is the most unlucky manager alive.
  14. He gave me 0-3p every gameweek since this one, so I benched him again today.
  15. Posts like these man.. Hyping up bang average players purely based on the past and what team they play for. It's as if Southgate posted the tweet himself.
  16. I would assume that we probably wouldn't have been able to get a decent replacement with the money that he would've gotten us last summer anyways. Having Isak only all season would obviously be crazy. So, in that case we probably would've had to buy a striker over one of the other players that we bought, but those signings were made for other positions where we were short in numbers. Hall was a loan deal, so I don't think we could've used that money last summer unless it was a loan deal with someone else instead.
  17. Fair enough, sometimes it's taken too far. I think both ends of the spectrum is represented here though. Some will also make exuses for everything and pretty much never concede that he has made a mistake.
  18. The point is that some seem to judge current managerial performances based on likeability or past results. Bruce got a lot of stick for each bad performance, and rightfully so. Ofcourse Howe is a better manager, don't get me wrong, Bruce was really bad. But it seems like when we have a manager that we don't like we have to collectively hate him every time we lose, while when we have a manager that we like and/or who has had good results in the past, we have to make excuses for every single bad choice or performance. Why is there no in between?

    Lewis Hall

I wonder what the plan was/is with him. We must have known a little bit about him before we signed him? Were the club completely wrong in their assesment of him and his strengths/weaknesses?
  20. It's not about the quality of players, we have to remember that Blackburn, like Luton and Nottingham (and every other team) is a bad matchup for us.
  21. They are having a party when I don't get points for it in FPL. Reminds me of when I had Pedro, he kept giving me 2 pts but scored a hat trick in the cup against a PL side.
  22. It all sounds so simple. When Bruce was stinking at Newcastle why didn't he just change setting? When Pardew was stinking at Newcastle why didn't he just change setting? When Kinnear was stinking at Newcastle why didn't he just change setting? Why do we criticise managers ever? Being a manager is not easy! By the way I wouldn't want Mourinho near our club. He's way past his prime.
  23. I'm sure you could make an argument for every team in the league to have strengths against us. Does Luton and Bournemouth not have weaknesses of their own? Weaknesses is something that you try to compensate for tactically. For example, our defence was struggling with pace against Luton while Livra was on the bench. Now that the fatiguer factor is gone, we have to find new excuses it seems.
