  1. Swiss Ramble say this: These regulations are aligned with the EFL's Championship, though the limits in England's second tier are much lower, namely a £5m loss plus £8m secure funding, giving an allowable loss of £13m a year. In other words, a maximum allowable loss of £39m over the 3-year monitoring period I guess the PL use those limits when a team is promoted so thats a big dint in Forests options
  2. Is it right that years in the EFL reduce the FFP loss limit? Sure i read allowable losses are only £13m rather than £35m each season so the period they are in the shit is much lower than £105m and the next perion to June they need to clear £83m losses to avoid further. Well assuming they stay up.
  3. Dont worry we will have 4 months of posters reminding us about it should this season go completely shit
  4. Im hoping they just dont understand the question. Refuse to beleive anyone is that dumb
  5. Plus absolutely nobody thought any would become world class
  6. Got a pretty good mix of experience/quality mind. Off the top of my head Xhaka, Tah, Schick, Grimaldo with Wirtz, Bonyface, Hlozek, Frimpong etc. Not just a case of Alonso although hes done great obviously
  7. That new 3 year stretch already includes a hefty loss in 2023 and whatever we do this season. Next year we could well be cutting it fine with FFP too if we want to spend a decent amount barring a firesale
  8. Why it works fine. City are going to sign a player owned by feeder club a that's on loan at feeder club b for a knockdown bargain £10m in the summer. All is good in FFP land
  9. Can't afford £30m for ederson but all that's stopping us paying more than that is forest being reluctant. Great journalism again
  10. I know that, even said it myself to you. Again just addressing your 'only a purple patch' comment to describe him here as though he does fuck all else on the pitch
  11. Absolutely zero teams are takingup Haydens wages, a loan/sale to the Champo will still see us heavily subsidising him al la Gayle/Hendrick/Lewis etc
  12. My point was he offers much more than just goals despite many fans thinking its not enough but whatever
  13. Depends how much they cost in fees, wages etc and how close we actually are to the limits.
  14. Even the great ones(Ginola) averaged a goal every TEN games to be fair, Miggy offers a lot going both ways but to many fans its never enough
  15. Id rather lose Miggy than Trippier/Bruno(obviously) or whatever we would have to sell but yes ideally hed be a solid squad player going forward not a sacrificial sale for FFuckingP
  16. Only Lee, Solano and Speed have scored more from midfield in the last 30 years in a Newcastle shirt but as many here have said its not really the goals we will miss losing him.
  17. Also ignores agent fees, signing on fees, trippier gets a golden handshake fir not asking to leave. If we are near the limit its not as easy as simply multiplying his fee. It's a whole mess of things that might not work out
  18. TNT commentary is shocking again today, would rather watch with just crowd noise than these two dickheads
  19. Simple solution, we bid £50m for him and establish fair market value. Force the PL to make city pay it for him. Oh wait yeah they aren't playing with the same rules as us scum
  20. Our losses would still have us fucked for points deductions though spending that much this season
  21. Aye for some daft reason cancelo was even allowed to play against city
  22. It literally says he's not for sake so how are we clearly willing?
  23. It's unfair if you can't read a speedometer or simply don't care about speeding?
  24. Do burnsie and that other dickhead still exist? The best thing about musk is not being able to see their shite
  25. Fezzle

    sunderland

Haven't they got most the top ten away left though? They will no doubt pick up 10-12 points of the next 6 before the next slump. Rinse and repeat. They are surrounded by teams that at various stages of this season already have been in crisis and all in better form than them now
