4-2 herrp extinguished. Who, or what, is a Jenson Seelt? Cov now 2-1 up, hide your statues, and the ‘Boro have gone above them. A terrible day for all of marradom.

6 in a reerrr marra! I hope Armstrong spammed the celeb buttons. Shearer will love this one as well it being his old club. No one implodes like Sunderland AFC.
-
Never the same after them though. Easy for them to go again when dealing with such forces they put through their legs.

His hamstrings are literally made of Findus crispy pancakes, don’t go anywhere near him.

See we’ve knocked Gladiators off their podium for this. Wolf absolutely seething. -
Good thing we’re well stocked at RB.

Jimmy Hill’s Coventry 4-0 up at HT. More salt into the wounds.
-
Using this logic, we’d have no squad left.

Don’t worry guys, it’s a beautiful club, a beautiful city. I am Geordie!

It’s a real shame that Mount went to Man U. He’s been destroyed. Was a handy option for us.

A drowned rat, but our drowned rat

Not even gonna’ bother with it, we went out at Blackburn after that draw.

Looks like they’re in for a clear out of their “good” players in the summer. Another building project on the cards for whoever their next schmuck is. I’m sure they’ll give them plenty of time, be level headed and definitely not hound them out within the first 2-3 games.
-
Just went on oddschecker. They’re not going to go down but it’s funny to entertain the idea due to their post derby implosion and subsequent spiral into the pit of hell that is mid table Championship irrelevance.

Loved him stepping right up high on their forwards towards the end. Brings back Mbappe ruining memories. -
Jesus H, I’ve just seen Liverpool won in the 9th min of stoppage time. These fkin c**ts. Media will lap it up. Klippity’s nursery crèche overcoming the odds again.

14/5 to be fumigated, I mean relegated

We’re gonna’ sign him, he’s gonna’ come back next season and absolutely nail it.

Newcastle United 3-0 Wolverhampton Wanderers (02/03/24) | Reaction: pg 17

Yeah somewhat approaching last season levels in spurts. Wolves were absolutely toothless from minute one. Were totally bypassing their midfield with little through balls, one-two’s, chips etc. Energy levels seemed to go up in last 15 and the swagger was there by the end. Goals were kind of scrappy. A deflection straight onto Isak’s head, a mix up with their DF and GK giving Gordon a tap in. Tino’s goal looked scrappy and I guess it was but he’s run from RB, got into the box, forced his way through and got so close to goal he had no choice but to poke a foot at it. A word on him, he’s so good at close control and wriggling through players, if there is a 50\50 to be won, he wins it, gets himself some space with a good touch and then just runs. Honestly kind of hoping for a run for him at RB now. Overall quite surprised at how routine that was. I thought Wolves would cause us much more problems but it turned into one the easiest home games we’ve had this season. Subs (as we’ve been crying out for for half the season) gave us the energy to stop Wolves getting more of a foothold after a little bit of pressure and allowed us to still carry a little attacking threat. More routine 3-0 home wins from now until May please. Crowd were quiet again unfortunately. -

It’s quite a bit better but there’s still this gnawing feeling in the back of the head. Tactics seem to be spot on. O’Neil has got it wrong so far. Still think we’ve got at least 4 players who aren’t fully fit out there. We need one more for me to feel comfortable which is ridiculous tbh. -
Yankuba Minteh (now playing for Brighton & Hove Albion)
Joelinton7 replied to 54's topic in Football
Prob a situation similar to Gordon at Everton. Feyenoord fans prob expect to be winning the league but they’re 10 points behind PSV and they’re pissed ‘cause Minteh isn’t winning them the league himself. Just to be clear I’m not saying Everton were challenging for the league but Gordon had a lot of expectation on him to keep them up.
