Sela is a complete mystery to me I must say.

Where did you see it?
-
Okay but you can't rely on statistics to get us qualified, even if the stats say we will, we still need to actually get those points. And the even the outside chance we have of making top 8 makes every game crucial, in my opinion.
-
What's the thinking behind us having nothing to play for?
-
Agree, I like it as well. I think it's great for teams like us who are unlikely to win but can have a bit of a European adventure against some interesting teams. Personally don't like 'jeopardy', would rather we were always comfortable.
-
I love the way Liverpool's version of that has 'YNWA' written on the hood, and ours has 'SPORTSWEAR'.

New away shirt: "What makes this design stand out is its âBrickworkâ pattern, a subtle graphic inspired by the brick walls of St Jamesâ Park, paying tribute to the clubâs iconic stadium and its deep connection to the city." Unbelievable.
-
We do. We wore it against Arsenal at SJP on 02/11/24 and then against Forest on 10/11/24.
-
Also noticed we've stopped wearing the poppy after only one game. We used to wear it all thexway up Remembrance Sunday. What's going on there I wonder?
-
In fact, by wearing that kit it resulted in the shorts of both teams matching! I thought the shorts had to be different? Absolutely makes zero sense to me that.
-
That occurred to me as well. Why were we even wearing it?
-
that's exactly when it occurred to me!
-
Tonali actually reminds me of peak Bryan Robson without the goals.
-
Na that is awful I don't think that designer has any talent at all.
-
I have observed that all the long sleeved shirts have all sold out in store and only giant size remains online. Hopefully this means there's a secure future for long sleeve releases!

He is this months Sela Player of the Month.

Superb. Some classic comments in there. "Aye but did he actually commentate, or has he, in 2004 or whenever sat with a video clip and a microphone and pretended to be there? Thats the way it comes across like." "Met him the other day when I was at work. Was dying to get him to say "and that's a goal from Andy Cole". That phrase is one the best memories of my youth" "I seen him playing squash at Eldon Rec one time with some remarkably fit bird, and I said "areet", and the baldy c*** ignored me. All in all a cockney wank as far as I'm concerned." "His commentary was tedious as well, the amount of times someone used to score and he'd say "Oh that's meat and drink to Mick Quinn/David Kelly/Marco Gabbiadini/Paul Wilkinson/fill in any c*** with a reasonable scoring record"
-
"MEAT AND DRINK FOR ANDY COLE!" "ANDY COLE, AT THE DOUBLE!" Thames' commentary always sounded to me like it had been added on in the editing suite after the game had been played.
-
The staff in The Back Page must be really, really sick of hearing Roger Thames' voice........

We also need to start putting the Umbro badge on the retro kits - Sunderland can do it so don't know why we can't. Sunderland also do Patrick stuff. Spurs do proper Hummell branded ones as well: https://shop.tottenhamhotspur.com/Spurs-Retro-Hummel-1991-FA-Cup-Semi-Final-Shirt/91FAHOME Sunderland aren't sponsored by Umbro and Spurs aren't sponsored by Hummel, so it is definitely possible.
