yup I was thinking that, surely some mistake.

Are these a reliable source?

Where did you hear this? I would absolutely love this. Other than the blue star I think it's the only sponsor that can enhance a shirt. Please let this happen!

I try to avoid buying counterfeit shirts but this one isn't actually available as a real version so I made an exception as I like it so much:

Their 'Isak to Liverpool' thread was an absolute embarrassment to their fanbase, I'm sure it had over 100 pages before it got 'parsnipped'. Imagine if there was a thread about a Sunderland player on here that had 100 pages!

RTG is now essentially a place to discuss Newcastle United from a Sunderland perspective. They've already got 8 pages and 150 replies on a thread about the sale of the stadium lease.

Tonali, sometimes a-maybe good, sometimes a-maybe shit.

"On my way home to East London on Saturday I called in the pub and couldn’t move for strangers coming up to me and wishing me well. Walked up the road with a takeaway and was stopped 4 times and had people shouting “come on Sunderland” and “up the mackems” out of car windows as they went past. Absolutely surreal" That looks like it's someone from here taking the piss but it isn't, it's actually on that thread.

"We went back to Trafalgar Square and Covent Garden after the match and on our way up Whitehall, had about 10 people who looked like foreign students come up and randomly gave me and Josh hugs and a couple of them shouted Ha'way The Lads."

In a horrific week for NUFC fans, never forget this legendary post by danthemanSAFC on 26th May 2025. This whole thread is absolute dynamite: https://www.readytogo.net/smb/threads/fan-interactions-with-other-people-in-the-capital.1656870/

Absolutely shameful. The fans can't control what happens on tve pitch but they can represent us off it, and despite it being a minority, they've failed as miserably as the players.

Glenn Hoddle/Eileen Dury 'Dream Team' on the cards.

"Everton fan here, just want to say how happy I am for all you Sunderland supporters for yesterday's result. Up The Mackems!"

Bet you there was loads of them who live outside Sunderland that received guards of honour as they walked into work this morning. I also heard they were clapped out of pubs up and down the country after the final whistle. People shouting 'Up The Mackems' out of car windows throughout the UK.
