He sounds a calming presence, motivated and up for the job. He's been pushing for this role for years so you know he's desperate to do well. We're in growth mode as a club so we need a strong, ambitious CEO to steer the ship through this period. He feels the right appointment for the next chapter of the club.

He's not the finished article. He's going to need Eddie to get out his polish, but there's definitely talent there and the hope is in a couple of seasons he's top class
