I dont think Southgate stays. He's had enough, you can see it in his face. As for Howe, I don't want him to go and hopefully he feels the timing isn't quite right BUT its the biggest job of your career... tough to turn down.

They are but they have a manager who is younger than Trippier. Jury is out for me...

Love Miggy. Deserves more respect than some give him. He's always tried his best for us, if only every player in our history did that we'd have won a bit more. Wish him nothing but success.

He's still here, thats all that matters

100% nailed it mate. Honestly every other club has to so exactly the same thing but some of our lot are spitting dummies out that we're doing it too. £70m for 2 players hardly in anyone's list of untouchables in our squad, to comply with psr, to allow us to go again from July onwards needs to give their head a shake. I think its creative, shrewd business which protects the core of our team and allows us to build. Wait until September to judge the window people.

Disagree on £10m being an acceptable fee. He's shown flashes of real brilliance and when he came back into the team last season it coincided with an upturn in our form. His aggression in the press was fantastic and set a tone for the rest. His attacking play seemed to drop off but the whole team seemed to fall back up the pitch by 10 metres which didn't suit him. Think he'll be a solid player, good luck to him Should be £15-20m or we've been robbed. -
If we sell Wilson to Saudi then I believe we're level on psr terms. I'd stay away from deals like Elanga and DCL and be targeting a Neto/Bowen/Chiesa level signing for our RW

Yeah allegedly there is a healthy kitty available which makes all this drama all the more head scratching

Lets wait and see before getting upset about Minteh. At the end of the day if it protects Bruno, Isak and Gordon its a no brainer. Rubbish all the same but at least we're not Villa selling their first choice CM after qualifying for Champs Lge... mental -

So how are we looking PSR related assuming this sale goes through before the deadline? Do we have funds from July onwards? Does anyone know -
Maybe not but Miggy has proven himself effective in the prem. I'm surprised there's no takers, particularly a newly promoted team

Tell them we want 10 hotels, £200m and Stamford Bridge or they can feck off

Dominic Calvert-Lewin (playing for Leeds United)

I'm one of the few that think he'd be a cult fan fave (a modern day Ketsbaia type). -
Retaining Bruno and Isak this window shows just how far we've come in a few short years. Under Ashley they'd both have been stripped for parts and sold a long time ago...
-
I'm still a Chiesa fan. I think his energy and quality on the right would work really well under Howeball.

Agree with this to a point, but I don't think signing a 27 year old for big money is a definite "no". I think they'd deal for the right money, that being said I think Bowen would be too difficult a deal to do.
