I agree the new stadium route should be the preferred option. The existing stadium needs so much work, if you had a shiny new part with modern facilities it will just highlight how poor the rubbish parts are.

An extension with significant upgrades on all sides would be acceptable. Some parts of the stadium are so grim, we can't just have one flashy new part and other parts that are decaying.
