Tooj
Reports on Tuesday appear to confirm what many had suspected all along - Didier Drogba is a cheat! But in this case it's not the England League table he's been rigging, but the table of replica shirt sales. Drogba's been buying up hundreds of No11 jerseys! Competition among the Chelsea squad is apparently fierce, with rivalries developing over who can shift the most replica shirts with their name from the official club shop. Mr 'Popular' It is reported that Drogba has spent thousands of pounds buying up blue strips bearing the No11 and his name in order to convince team mates like John Terry and Frank Lampard that he's just as popular as they are. Apparently Drogba's lagging sales were a source of much jest on the training ground, so he took matters into his own hands. A Chelsea insider claims the Ivorian striker visits the club shop up to 10 times a week and on one occasion even bought 40 shirts. At £45 each, that's a staggering £1800! Rigging The Sales Charts As a Chelsea regular he's entitled to free shirts but he's so desperate to up his sale stats that he's dipping into his £70,000-a-week wage packet and trying to alter the standings. "Dids is never out of the club shop," the Stamford Bridge source revealed. "He is spending a fortune. He is on first name terms with the staff and is easily their best customer. The competition to be the most popular is massive and Didier hates losing. "He has been buying loads of copies of his number 11 shirt and must be up there with the club's top sellers by now. Dids has been sending all his replica shirts to his mates back home."

AyeDubbleYoo
It's a bit obscene as well to be honest, Drogba throwing his money about like that when ordinary fans are scraping the money to buy a shirt for their kids.

I am positve that Drogba is sending replica shirts to kids in civil war torn Ivory Coast. Drogba has used his publicity at Chelsea to become a peace broker of sorts. He was successful in getting international games staged in the Rebel capital and that went a long way to opening up a way to peace. It was a funny article but a bit mischievous

It was a funny article but a bit mischievous indeed, Drogba does a ridiculous amount for kids in the Ivory Coast fucking pricks who write shit like this. It's clear Drogba has never given a rat's arse about his popularity with the Chelsea fans. Anyone remember him squaring up to that prick after his goal against Arsenal in 05-
