Dave
Pleat talking utter shite again. 'The most important thing is to stop Barcelona scoring' No it isn't.
tmonkey
Blatant penalty. Chelsea have been pulling shirts all game.
SEMTEX
Every game at the Nou Camp the camera is blocked by some random Catalan waving his arms about. Sort it out.
dinotheprehistoricgeordie
Blatant penalty. Chelsea have been pulling shirts all game. This has been such an anticlimax but I'd love to see a performance like this by us on sunday.
Incognito
An away goal is the most important thing without a doubt...the clean sheets should be saved for home legs.
dcmk
Puyol reminds me of Collocini - crap hair and clumsy.
Dave
An away goal is the most important thing without a doubt...the clean sheets should be saved for home legs. Precisely. A 2-1 defeat in this game would be miles better for Chelsea than 0-0, and a 0-0 probably suits Barcelona more than a 2-1 win.
tmonkey
Should see Caceres playing at the back in the second leg then, Uruguayan centreback signed for around £14m yet who rarely plays. 2nd leg will be where the tempo is at, as Chelsea won't be parking the team bus in front of goal like. To be fair, Premiership sides have done this for the past decade when playing away to an on-form Barca or Madrid. Always a boring first leg.
SEMTEX
What screws Barca over is that Chelsea can just play their second string this weekend. Barca will never get away with doing that in El Clásico, especially when the points difference in La Liga is now... 4 pts?

SEMTEX
ITV commentators seem to have been watching a different Petr Cech to us.
Guest Heneage
Who the f*** are Savillia? God forbid they should pronounce a foreign teams name right Dave. It's pronounced seveeea phonetically speaking, due to the double L. I was being sarcastic. Chelsea did exactly what I expected, they realised that Barca have tremendous team chemistry so just tried to play Anti-Football.

Pilko
Bojan should have given Barca a lead to protect. CECH WAS NOT BRILLIANT YOU FUCKING MONG PLEAT
Fugazi
How are Chelsea "in the box seat" exactly? Far more pressure on them not to concede next week.
Mr. Snrub
Why are they praising Cech?! I've never seen worse distribution from a keeper in a match in my life, he couldn't catch a cold in the arctic and none of the saves he had to make were even any good. Horrible Chelsea cunts. So negative. At least 6 behind the ball all game and just hoofing it when they get it. Oh well, still confident they'll get done at Stamford Bridge where they are slighty less boring and leave a bit more space.
Adam
So barca go to stamford bridge need to score a goal, and they are laughing. I can't see chelsea scoring 2 against them, so barca to go through on away goals 1-
Neil
Is there anything that David f***ing Pleat doesn't like to see monopolised? The game itself just struck me as a replica of the Barca-Man Utd semi last year. Man Utd going there to stifle Barca's attacking threat, Barca just trying to pass through the eye of the needle. Chelsea, unlike most Spanish teams, can actually defend. And on their day, defend very well indeed. Iniesta impressed me, him and Xavi are almost identical in their style of play. Unfortunately that style of play didn't quite click tonight. And btw, I haven't seen that much live La Liga football this year, but has Puyol been in good form? Didn't look particularly confident when he came on.
toonarmy
player on barca who impressed me the most today was dani alves (I'm ignoring his overdramatized rolling around and screaming). I know how good messi and the stars are, but alves' crossing is brilliant, good defending on the other end as well.
