Big Geordie
Just back in. Championship football beckons, lads for this sorry and pitiful excuse of a football club. Not being good enough is one thing, but a lack of effort and fight is something else altogether. It's wrong and the players have to be held accountable as much as JK/Wise and Ashley. Thought Carroll and Bassong put in good shifts - but that's about it. We are knackered and need something of a miracle because we are in freefall. Thought the support from the 6000 who were there was excellent. Just a pity that the players can't be bothered and no wonder we were quick to turn on them. Support is a two-way thing, but us fans have been pissing in the wind too long where this club is concerned. Our support is taken for granted by the club and the majority of the players. They should hang their head in shame after today.

Guest bleedinblacknwhite
I think they were booing N'Zogbia, and I wasn't surprised, he didn't go for anything, really showed he doesn't care at all about this club. But then we knew that anyway. As for Jonas, he was injured. That's why he wasn't brought on earlier.

JH
Just got in. Utterly shambolic. We just fell apart. We couldn't see the penalty decision from our stand but right or not, we still shouldn't have fallen apart like we did. It was like Blackburn's first three attacks, first three goals. Appauling defending, not that much better going forward. Owen was s***, Carroll was no better. Duff rang rings around noone yet again, Zoggy looked distant, Enrique wasn't ready and Given just looked as bad as we all felt. Why he left Jonas warming up for 15 minutes after the first goal I'll never know. Noone escapes blame today, Manager, tactics, players, attitude - all to blame. We just looked like we didn't care that much, and when it didn't go our way, we just lashed out (ala Butt). Overall - s*** first away game performance, fans were immense as always.
