I know he's not a favourite at the moment but if we keep hold of him I think he'll piss the Championship. Neil Posted July 18, 2009 Share Posted July 18, 2009 Now I'm no expert on the details of the potential takeover but regardless: from the outside, I get the feeling there's an increasing chance that you'll still have a fair few of the likes of Jonas etc for the season's start, and that it's more likely, if at all, that they could go in January instead. Forgive me if that's way off the mark. Yes it's only 2 friendlies against very weak sides but at least it seems the players are showing some sort of commitment and desire to do well. Tooj Posted July 18, 2009 Share Posted July 18, 2009 How'd Enrique and Colocinni look? Enrique burned the full back for Carroll's goal. Usual from Enrique - nice touch and skills going forward, went missing a few times at the back. Good pace and strength though. Didn't notice Coloccini much, which is a good thing. For me he normally lets himself down going forward (although the lack of options in front of him don't help) and is always excellent defensively.
