He looks good, but he's never really done it in an international tournament, the CL or in one of the top three leagues in the world. Don't think he can go down as world class as it stands (mind I have only picked 4 players in the world). He is the jewel of French football (Zidane's words). Stick my neck out and say certainly the best player in the Bundesliga, would love him to come to England. Man United should buy him, he'd be the perfect replacement for Ronaldo. Defenders you judge by different criteria, so I'm ignoring them. No C. Ronaldo? I've exchanged opinions on this before - not all agree. I see him as a very good player rather than a great one. He loses the ball a bit too often to be called great IMO. Fergie's willingness to let him go this time says something. I think he felt he'd already got the best out of him.
