The other games today - 2009/10

Recommended Posts

Good results for us in the Championship. None of Boro, Cardiff, WBA or Sheff Utd winning.

Sheff Utd WBA has just had two quickfire goals to make it 1-1. Draw suits us in that fixture.

2-1 WBA now.

Hope we don't go back to our usual tricks and fuck it up once results have gone our way.

Baheng's pal at Gateshead sent-off.

Baehng's pal?

Yeah, he was in the same Le Havre youth team (Stephane Pelonde), and apparently came across with him to help him settle up here, and found himself a club.

Didn't know that. Bit like Freddy Adu at Monaco then.

"It's not everyday Gateshead sign a France international," quipped Bogie "he has certainly looked the part in training and if he can transfer that into a match situation we will have a real find."

"He's over here because he is a friend of Newcastle's Wesley Ngo Baheng and it's a piece of good fortune that he has decided to join Gateshead."
